About this property
Beautiful Duplex in the heart of La Cerdanya
This Duplex is a 10-minute drive from Puigcerdá or Llívia, 15 minutes from FontRomeu or 30 minutes from Pas de la Casa. Located in an urbanization with spectacular views, large communal area with pool, playground, and paddle tennis court. It consists of 4 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, terrace with table and chairs, and outdoor parking space. Additionally it is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV, washer and dryer. Electric heating in all rooms, plus fireplace in the living room.
On the first floor is the living room with fireplace, the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. On this floor one of the rooms has a double bed and the other two single beds. On this floor there is also the terrace with spectacular views of the Cerdanya. The terrace is accessed both from the living room and from the double bedroom.
On the upper floor of this duplex there are two more bedrooms, with full bathroom with shower, and a mezzanine lounge area. The two rooms on this floor each have two single beds.
The price offered corresponds to an occupation of 4 people, if the occupation were 8 the budget could be increased up to 30% depending on the dates.
The floor is parket, and we do not accept dogs.
Ideal for family vacations at any time of the year.

Lugar muy agradable
Lugar muy agradable y familiar. Casa muy correcta, espaciosa con todas ças comodidades. Instalaciones comunitarias (jardin, piscina, padel...) perfectas. Todo bien. Hemos estado con la familia en verano. Lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la montaña y la naturaleza a tope.

Ideal para pasar unos dias en familia.
Fuimos dos familias con niños, 8 en total, y la casa es ideal.
Tiene todo lo que uno necesita y además la zona es muy tranquila.
A 10 minutos en coche de Llívia, 15 a Puigcerdá y unos 20 minutos a la estación de esquí de Font Romeu.
Muy recomendable.
