This newly built villa is situated in Allemagne-en Provence, a small village in the Provence, located nearby the Lake Saint-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon.
This villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and three toilets.
Three bedrooms have double beds (one of which has a private bathroom with a toilet).
The fourth bedroom has two single beds and one bunk bed.
The villa contains all modern comfort with a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker,…), a large living space, laundry with all appliances, barbeque, etc.
The domain also has a private swimming pool of 10 meters long and 4 meters wide.
Water and cleaning of the house is included in the price. Electricity and linen are not included.

We had a great stay.

The house was very clean and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was large and fully equipped, the rooms were very big, lots of bathrooms. We particularly enjoyed the pool as it was very hot outside. All in all we had a great stay.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten zwar eine Woche mit schlechtem Wetter aber das Haus ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Auch die Küche ist super groß und hat moderne hochwertige Geräte. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und promt.In der Gegend gibt es viel zu entdecken. Wir können es empfehlen!

Etwas mehr Sauberkeit hätten wir erwartet

Die Tische, draußen wie drinnen, waren sehr schmutzig als wir abkamen. Wir mußten erst wischen! Der Pool ließ ebenfalls an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Draußen sitzen war nur bei Trockenheit und am frühen Morgen und am frühen Abend möglich. Keìne überdachte Stelle. Keine überdachte Terrasse.

Zeer mooi en practisch ingericht vakantiehuis. Grote ruime kamers en badkamers, ideaal voor grote gezinnen of 2 gezinnen. Meer dan voldoende keukenmateriaal en buitenmeubels. Zeker een plek waar je 2 weken zorgeloos kan genieten. Eventueel vliegenramen aan de slaapkamers zouden wel practisch zijn. We zouden hier zeker nog eens terug kunnen komen.

Résidence au calme avec piscine et confort. Supermarché à Riez à un petit 1/4h. Bien placée pour aller en 1/2h au plus en voiture à des départs de randos comme Bauduen, St. Laurent du Verdon, Moustiers Ste Marie, Gréoux les Bains et pour visiter en voiture les belvédères des gorges du Verdon rive droite (route des crêtes, point sublime,...)

Maison fonctionnelle et agréable, cuisine plutôt bien aménagé , manque un peu de décoration, revoir le paiement de l'électricité nous sommes honnêtes donc avons fait un virement à posteriori, nous aurions pu ne pas payer.La piscine n'était très propre. Eigentijdse woning voorzien van alle comfort

Recent gebouwde woning met ruime kamers, voorzien van alle comfort. De woning is erg aangenaam en praktisch ingericht, met maar liefst 3 badkamers en 3 toiletten. Het zwembad is ruim en net. De woning is rustig gelegen, de omgeving is prachtig. In een straal van 15 à 20 km rondom de woning zijn er heel wat bezienswaardigheden.

Beautiful house, very modern and so well equipped! We had a great time with our whole family. Upon arrival the house was super clean and felt really welcoming! In the area there is lots to do and visit. Charming villages, lakes, and off course the George du Verdon! We hope to return here again with our family to this spacious, clean and comfortable home away from home
