Autumn Sunshine Break

Great location for an Autumn Sunshine break to Vilamoura, the Marina is no more that a 5 minute walk away. We had no issues with the Apartment and everything was as described. Pool area: A few apartments on the conplex are being renovated, this caused constant noise during the day when you are trying to relax and unwind.

Convenient to All of Vilamoura

Short walk to everything! Cafe, groceries, restaurants, bank, bus stop and car rental are all with two blocks. Quarteira is a short walk, bus or taxi ride away. Apartment is clean and simply but completely well appointed. You have everything you need. Excellent internet and television service in the apartment. Property manager very helpful and will help arrange other services for you. Only disappointments were that there was no mail service to the building and a little noisy at four a.m. from all the night club goers when in season.

Initial check in was to a different apartment which wasn’t explained to us at the time - on noticing that apartment was not as described we contacted property manager who agreed to move us to correct apartment His explanation was that apartment we had booked had been left so dirty that it took 4 hours to clean and that was why we were in other apartment which was not mentioned to us when we arrived and we then had inconvenience of having to move to proper apartment next day after we had unpacked the day before The dishwasher was broken and we were told this but no attempt was made to repair it ! Regards

Apartamento acolhedor, limpo e bem situado. A piscina tinha bastantes espreguiçadeiras, mas confusas no seu uso uma vez que cada apartamento tem as suas e havia alguma dificuldade em encontrar as respectivas. A limpeza da piscina podia ser melhor.

A very clean and extremely convenient location for the marina.

My wife and I spent 8 days at this apartment and were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment, the pool and surrounding areas. It is literally on the doorstep of the marina and is handy for all local amenities with plenty of good restaurants only minutes walk away. There is a supermarket just around the corner. To summarise, we would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends and will use this apartment anytime we visit Vilamoura.

Pour passer du temps au soleil avec ballade quotidienne sur la plage , sur les falaises ou simplement la marina, prendre à café à Quarteira face à l'océan après avoir vu le marché aux poissons. Attention en mars magasin et restaurant ouvert mais très peu de monde.

Modern apartment perfect location

We stayed at this apartment in June 2018 (2 adults and one baby.) The apartment is in a perfect location within walking distance to the marina , on the walk to the marina we found loads more restaurants and bars ( the bars being much cheaper ) we walked to the beaches most days one being around 10 minuets away. The grounds of the apartment are very well kept the pool area is so clean and it was very quite during the day. At the entrance to the apartments there is a coffee shop / bakers as well as a supermarket. As mentioned previously there is no lift but we knew this and were prepared to carry Pram up stairs. Everything you need in the apartment. We will defiantly look to stay again.

Great property in fantastic location.

Arrived at 9:30 in the evening and it was no trouble for Antonio to come along with the keys. He took the time to show us around. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The location could not have been better, there is a supermarket literally 2 minutes away which stocks everything you would need. The Marina is a 5 minute walk while the beach is a little more than a 10 minute walk away. Would highly recommend this property.

Fab Location! Couple with baby - pls read

We were quite late getting there, due to issues with hired car company, but Antonio waited for us patiently. Really nice friendly guy, very helpful. Lovely apartment. On the top floor, no lift so wasnt ideal if you have kids or a buggy which we did, so we ended up leaving the buggy in the car rather than carry up and down the stairs. Apartment was recently done up, everything - appliances etc were brand new. We had a issue wiht the balcony door not locking on the first night but he came out first thing the next day to fix, no problem at all. The balcony would be a big dangerous for small kids or babies, our baby had only started crawling so we were ok, but keep that in mind if you have toddlers. The apartment was spotless though, washing machine was very useful too. Pool area spotless and had hardly anyone there during the week, lovely big green area for baby to play on too. 5 mins walk to the marina. 2 mins walk to local supermarket then 5 to the local euro spare supermarket too. Great location - great price. Would deffo recommend. Leah
