The request for availability is appreciated. Puglia, Salento, ideal home to enjoy absolute tranquility, with a fantastic sea view, relaxing and enjoying a unique peace, in the green of the centuries-old olive trees of Salento.
Built in a typical Salento style set sheer above the sea, through a natural path that leads from the garden to the sea (rock) a place like few others in Salento where you can spend a truly special holiday.
The house has a private parking, large outdoor spaces, of course there are also tables, deckchairs, a barbecue area and an outdoor shower. Infinity pool overlooking the sea.

Arrived at the house you can park your car in the private guarded parking with a maximum capacity of 2 cars, through a staircase you reach the main unit consisting of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 beds, a living area with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, large verandas. An independent studio consisting of a double bedroom, an equipped fridge corner, a bathroom with shower, and finally the fantastic infinity pool facing the sea. the shape of the area around the house and the swimming pool can be dangerous for young children

Great home with a fabulous view

Two couples stayed for 5 days and loved the home and the view. Many stairs down to the home but manageable for us House had all that we needed and beds were comfy. Private and gorgeous!!

Super lovely holiday home

We had a wonderful stay with 3 adults in this lovely house. The host helped us with all our questions quickly and very kindly. We were just in the pre-season so everything was still nice and quiet. The house is fully equipped and only has some hard mattresses, but you get used to that quickly. The first week of our stay the evenings were a bit cool and then the cottage has no indoor seating area outside the kitchen. The house also has fine loungers and a lovely lounge set. We also enjoyed the beautiful view over the sea.

Bellissimo

We enjoyed our stay very much. Biagio was a very attentive host and made us feel welcome from the beginning. The property is well equipped, well maintained and has a number of areas to relax. The views are spectaco! The location is close to amenities and a number of local natural swimming pools. A car is needed to explore the area.

Lovely Spot!

An idyllic spot for a sunny vacation. Super for outdoor living with a lovely view of the sea, outdoor kitchen and front terraces. The house was spotless and well equipped. Biagio is very communicative and helpful, and there to make sure everything is spot on.

This property delivered everything that was promised. I would recommend this villa for ease of booking, good communication from owner/manager, location, views, cleanliness and facilities available. It is worth noting that a car is essential and that there are lots of steps to navigate when entering and existing the property.

Fabulous house

I highly recommend this house. It was super clean and in a very quiet area. The views are spectacular. Biagio met us and explained everything to us. So friendly and helpful. He responded to all my texts quickly and gave us so many helpful suggestions. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather for out stay. Be aware there is no indoor living room but as long as the weather is good it is not an issue. I recommend this property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Simply the most perfect holiday

Hard to describe this place without sounding like I am exaggerating. Firstly, Biagio is what I would describe as the perfect host. Everything we needed was available, we felt super at home and it was a pleasure to meet him (even though we used Google translate to communicate). He gave us tonnes of really good recommendations and he knew everything about the local area and where to find things. The views are breathtaking and made us feel completely relaxed and serene. We absolutely loved how there were no tourists or foreigners (other than us) in Corsano and surrounding villages. We had a true, authentic Italian experience. The property also has absolutely everything you need. All the small details really made this trip perfect for us as a couple, but we would love to come back when we have our own kids.

Perfect holiday home

I cannot fault the whole experience of staying in this fabulous holiday home. It is organised to maximise the potential of the place to the full. It has 2 levels so there was a good deal of privacy (2 couples, no kids) but when we wanted to spend time together there was plenty of spaces to do that: by the pool, outside the kitchen with stunning view or by the side of the house. Place is equipped with everything you could ever want on holidays, even pool towels are provided! The views are absolutely stunning across the sea and relaxing here is very easy. And then to top it all off the host is just a dream! He helped us on couple of occasions and was there to welcome us and say goodbye. Communication with him was very quick too. We had an amazing week and would recommend!

Stunning, spacious, perfect

The villa was just perfect for our family holiday, our two 18yr olds were more than happy with their annex room which opened up onto the pool area, while my husband & I and our 6 year old stayed on the upper level. The views are breathtaking, with the moonlight each night lighting up the sea. Plenty of space for relaxing and dining. Clean and has everything you need. The pool was brilliant, we had to drag the kids out of it to explore the local area. There's beautiful beaches and swimming areas within a 30 min drive, the nearest town is only 10mins away. You definitely need a car as it is quite remote, but it's soo private :) The owner is so helpful and friendly, he replies to messages quickly and will answer any queries promptly. He's such a lovely man. We can't wait to go back one day! What a find! Thank you again x

5 Stars for Corsano Seaside Villa

Our host, Biagio was wonderful, friendly and always responded quickly to any questions we had. He really helped to make our whole stay comfortable and enjoyable. He was a great communicator with Google translator' s help! (Our Italian was very rudimentary, to be polite) He provided very helpful suggestions for local services we needed to access during our stay, for example grocery stores, restaurants, hiking spots, and other amenities etc. The villa was wonderful, exactly as presented on the VRBO website. There were no surprises. It was very clean, private and quiet. The view was spectacular! It was located near amenities, so it was quick and easy to get around. The Villa was very well equipped and stocked with items that we appreciated as it made it easy for us to prepare simple meals. I would strongly recommend this villa for a peaceful, relaxing stay and for those, who, like us, are happy to explore the many small communities in the area.

Spectacular view, completely calm and peaceful

This villa is a beautiful and quiet home base for day trips around Puglia and for just relaxing at the pool. The view of the Adriatic Sea is spectacular, so we spent most of our time in the outdoor space, which is completely private. The villa was immaculate when we arrived, and a few essentials (espresso pods, juice, milk, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.) were provided. When our host realized we were not espressso drinkers, he went out of his way to purchase and bring us an American drip coffee maker, which we used every day.The kitchen is small yet functional. We shopped at the Dok Super Mertai grocery, less than 15 minutes away. We found everything we needed, including fresh meat, fish, and delicious produce. There are 2 king and 2 twin beds, all with comforters for cool nights, 2 full baths with wonderful hot showers, linens and beach towels. If you are not European, know that there is not written information (in any language) in the Villa providing basic information such as emergency phone numbers; local restaurants and pharmacies; garbage removal instructions, etc. When we asked for these details the host sent them via messaging and we wrote it all down. Also, the host provided the villa location via a Google pin drop, which our Waze did not pick up, so be sure to get exact address. Although the host speaks little English, he was responsive via messaging to all our needs. He used a translator for all our in-person conversations.

Topissime. Accueil chaleureux, maison impeccable, propre et tres bien entretenue. Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison avec tous les jours une vue incroyable à profiter sans moderation. Il y a une chambre independante avec salle de bain, top pour les parents . Proche des criques ou des piscines naturelles. Le coin est tranquille pas de foule et pour se deplacer voiture obligatoire, il y a un parking.

Die Unterkunft hat alles geboten, was man sich für einen entspannten, sorgenfreien und komfortablen Urlaub wünscht. Entspanntes Refugium

Ein wunderschönes Sommerdomizil an der Steilküste: zwischen alten Olivenbäumen und Kakteen schmiegen sich zwischen zwei separaten Studios, vier (!) Terrassen und ein kleiner Infinitypool - alles mit Blick aufs Meer (bei guter Sicht bis zu den Albanischen Gebirgen und griechichschen Inseln!). Die Anlage ist sehr smart, solide und sauber angelegt - alles ist durchdacht, sorgfältig und aufmerksam eingerichtet. Dazu ist der Vermieter wahnsinnig zuvorkommend und umsichtig! Ein echter Geheimtipp. 6 Personen können hier gut unterkommen. Allerdings: ist das gemeinsame Essen/Zusammensitzen dann ausschließlich draußen an der großen Tafel zu genießen.

Fantastische Zeit

Une belle maison sur 2 niveaux indépendant. La piscine est assez petite et la végétation ne permet plus de voir la mer depuis cette dernière. Accueil très chaleureux et très serviable. Parfait pour déconnecter !

Einfach Fantastico
