SUMMER
Vallandry is not only in winter but also in summer a nice holiday resort. Vallandry is located on the edge of La Vanoise National Park, the oldest National Park of France. Here you can enjoy all the beauty of the mountains: beautiful vistas, beautiful mountain lakes or perhaps a can of a cape or eagle.
In and around the apartment you can unwind, but also be active by all the activities and mountain sports there are. Like hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, horse riding, swimming, golf, rafting, tennis and golf.
In the surrounding area you can visit all kinds of nice villages and towns. Bourg-St-Maurice, Aime, Albertville, Tignes with the large reservoir Lac du Chevril and Beaufort, where the famous cheese comes from, are definitely worth a visit.
If you want to drive further, you can go to Chambéry, with a very pretty old center, or to Annecy, with the beautiful lake and the beautiful center of the old town.
Via the Col de Petit St Bernard you can visit Italy where you can visit Aosta.
In the village itself you can visit the goat farm, Bergerie de Rey, or visit the Pont Baudin, Palais de la Mine, the lead and silver mines.
