The beautiful Magraner villa has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people in one of the most peaceful and beautiful areas of Benissa. With a contemporary and Mediterranean style.



Recently built and with a beautiful decoration, the villa is distributed over 250 m2 with two floors connected internally by modern stairs.

On the main floor we find a living-dining room with air conditioning, an open kitchen to the living room, modern and fully equipped, 1 bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a second bedroom with two double beds and air conditioning, a full bathroom with shower and a courtesy toilet. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and exit to the beautiful terrace.

On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom has a double bed and a complete en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and a large terrace with sea views. The fourth room has two single beds, air conditioning, and a lovely terrace with sea views.

The entire villa has free internet access (wifi).



EXTERIOR OF THE VILLA: With a plot of 1,000m2:



At the main entrance to the plot, you will find an electric gate that provides access to an outdoor parking area for three cars. In addition, it has a closed garage space with capacity for two cars. From the living room, you will access the terrace with a private pool and dining area with a nice gas barbecue, sun loungers and beautiful sea views.

It is located 1.7 km from Cala Pinets, 2.2 km from the supermarket and restaurants, 2.5 km from the sandy cove "Cala Fustera", 6 km from Calpe, 8 km from the Golf course, 93 km from Alicante airport.

Einfach schön....

Der moderne Baustil und die Einrichtung sind sehr schön. In der Küche fehlt nichts, was man fürs "normale" Kochen benötigt. Alle Räume sind zweckmässig eingerichtet - vom Wohnbereich bis zu den Badezimmern. Ein tolles Haus für entspannte Ferien. Service: Die problemlose Schlüsselannahme und Rückgabe. Ein kleiner Defekt während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. Vielleicht könnte man eine Liste aufhängen um kleinere festgestellten Mängel aufzuschreiben, welche nicht zwingend sofort zu erledigen sind. Ich denke jeder Besucher stellt etwas fest, wo klemmt, wackelt etc.. Die Baustelle im Nachbargrundstück würde ich erwähnen. Uns hat es nicht gestört aber vielleicht gibt es andere Urlauber die sehr lärmempfindlich sind.
