- Arrival options:



1. Prior notice of your arrival between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM, a member of our team can deliver the keys, with an additional cost of 50€.

2. For clients arriving outside business hours, HHR has safety boxes so you can pick up the keys.



. Online check-in is essential to complete your reservation registration and streamline the arrival process at the accommodation, and it is very important to facilitate it in advance. For data protection, you can be sure that upon exit, all digitized data will be deleted from the HHR computer system.

. The deposit is not an inconvenience for your vacation. HHR prioritizes trust with our clients, communication is important, and we fully trust that if any issue arises during your stay, you will communicate it to us.

. You must pay the Tourist Tax, which is mandatory per person and per night (maximum 7 nights), for those 17 years and older.

. Our accommodations are intended for family tourism. Reservations made by groups will not be accepted.
