Set on the south side of the cliffs overlooking the cool Mediterranean sea, Villa Rosh is a tranquil getaway with ample room for 2 large families or one large group. A modern 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom property that boasts the most spectacular views that Javea has to offer. This villa is set out on two floors with the main entrance on the ground floor level. The entrance leads you into the property via the hallway and the main lounge, immediately the fantastic views out to sea are breathtaking and the high specification interior design and décor gives a chic modern feel. Off the main lounge then you have the dining area seating 6 and then leading to the fantastically well equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedroom on this level, the designer Master bedroom with king size bed with amazing vista´s from the 180 degree curved gable full length windows. The master bedroom also benefits from a large modern en-suite bathroom; the other 2 bedrooms are a king size and a twin sharing the large family bathroom. Leading from the living room up the stairs you enter the TV “snug” with bean bags and comfortable furnishings for a night in front of a movie. Enjoy the breath-taking sunrises from the terrace next to the living room while drinking a glass of something cold and refreshing or just enjoying the sea breeze. The villa has 2 flat-screen TVs with Spanish / French / and UK satellite channels available. The mid level has a "Sonos " sound system for you to enjoy.
A superb terrace on the lower floor has comfortable lounge seating and dining for 6. This lower floor also benefits from 3 bedrooms a king size with en-suite and sea views, a further double bedroom and twin are also available for guests to enjoy. A large open plan living room with kitchen and dining for 6 completes the interior plan. From the lower level is an exterior staircase leading to the amazing infinity pool and jacuzzi. The brick and gas BBQ area features under a large covered terrace adjacent to the pool area. The Villa is situated close to Javea and only 10 minutes drive from any of the beautiful blue flag beaches, with everything the bars and nightlife in Javea have to offer. There is a short drive to La Barraca with its hidden gem of a restaurant serving classic Paellas and mouth watering seafood. The restaurants of Javea are within a short 10 minute drive and the tiny but perfectly formed beach at Ambolo is only 5 minutes away. The driveway with secure gates can accommodate 1 car and the night lighting creates the perfect atmosphere for lazy hot nights by the pool. The whole villa has air-conditioning throughout.
This villa is strictly no smoking and no pets allowed.

Golf: Within 10 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 20 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within an hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
Other areas to explore: Javea is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minutes drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, which is one of Europes largest theme parks. Visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a few minutes drive of Casa Mallandos. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Javea’s postcards.
Make your way down the stairs to the next level of the property, which includes 3 more Double Bedrooms one with en-suite shower room, a second Lounge and Dining area, Equipped Kitchen and 1 family bathroom, make you way out to the lower terrace and then down to the infinity pool, extensive terrace area, BBQ area and landscaped gardens.

Amazing property and service from management company
We stayed at Villa Rosh for 10 days. The views cannot be beat to send you into immediate holiday mode. Having two floors nearly completely full apartments could not be more ideal for two families. Tons of privacy and space even though you still are together. The pool was hard to leave, which was ok because the beaches are rather far away! The description speaks of a beach 5 minutes away, but that is closed. The beaches in town are more like 20 minutes away than the described 10. I have never stayed with a more responsive and helpful management company than at Villa Rosh. They made the stay feel like we had a service team helping out! The interior of the house has seen some wear and needs updating. For example peeling upholstery needing to be swept daily from the dining room chairs and less than ideal linens for such a nice property. We also love music and we’re disappointed to have only one speaker in the house when we were told there was a sound system throughout. Villa Rosh is an ideal place to spend a wonderful holiday relaxing and unwinding at your vacation home with family.

Outstanding property
The villa was outstanding with views that will long live in my memory! Gorgeous infinity pool and jacuzzi with two floors above with balconies with the same Gorgeous views where you could eat and dance away the evenings to your hearts content! Also two barbecues by the pool with seats and tables to while away the evenings! The management went above and beyond the call of duty to help us! I would say the hire of a car would be preferable, but we got by without one! The local taxi drivers we used from the numbers that where left at the villa where also so, so brilliant with us! A little out of the way, in a residential area, but which we liked as there was no noise from bars or traffic! Nothing but the sound of the sea hitting the land! Overall an outstanding property with beautiful views and plenty, if not more room for all seven adults of us who stayed there! Would undoubtedly consider going back next year! Arenal beach, 15 minute ride away is lovely of a day but comes alive and is gorgeous of an evening with lovely restaurants and shops mingled together! Lovely holiday! Thanks again to the management!
