Accommodation for 8 people, 500m2 garden, large south-facing terrace.
Large openings bring clarity and well-being to this recent house, fully furnished and comfortable.
Single closed garage, possibility to park two other vehicles in the yard.
Bikes are available, car not necessary,

Great house, perfect location

This is our second visit. House just right. 10 minutes walk to supermarket. 10 minutes to beach. 15 minutes to town and restaurants. Garden sun all day so meals home a pleasure.

Très bon séjour dans une maison très agréable. Seul bémol, dans l'annonce, il est noté ménage optionnel en bas de la page équipements mais celui-ci est obligatoire d'un montant de 90 euros (douche froide). En recherchant de plus près, l'info est bien notifiée mais il serait souhaitable d'enlever "ménage optionnel" afin que d'autres hôtes n'ont pas le même désagrément que nous

Maison récente, fonctionnelle et très agréable, rien ne manque, nous avons apprécié la terrasse et les meubles de jardin. Quartier très calme et à 10 minutes de la mer à pied. Fabien est très réactif et a répondu à toutes nos demandes.

Une très belle maison moderne, spacieuse, bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Environnement très calme et accessibilité facile à la mer et aux commerces (Super U). Schönes modernes Haus mit toller Ausstattung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem modernen und sehr hellem Haus.Es fehlte an nichts so wie Grill,Sonnenschirm,Sitzgarnitur und Fahrräder stehen in der Garage bereit.Das Haus liegt nahe am Hafen und im Zentrum von Pornic (800m) somit konnten wir das Auto stehen lassen und zu Fuß alles erkunden bzw. die Restaurants besuchen. Der Besitzer sehr nett und herzlich.

Lovely House

A modern,clean and bright house with loads of space both inside and out. The location gives easy access to the beach (10mins) and the old town (15mins). Our visit coincided with the hottest temperatures in France for many years, which made sleeping very difficult. An electric fan in the house would have been welcome. The host, Fabian, was very helpful and easy to contact if needed.. I would certainly recommend this property.

Location impeccable et idéalement placée

Maison impeccable et très bien agencée, avec tous les équipements pour y passer un bon séjour. Le centre de Pornic et des ports sont accessibles à pied, ainsi que la plage à 600m. Le propriétaire est charmant et la communication est aisée. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Superbe week-end

Nous avons passé un week-end dans la maison. La location est conforme en tout point à l’annonce et les photos également. Très bien équipée et proche de la plage, nous recommandons vivement. Fabien, notre hôte est très réactif et a cœur de répondre aux maximum à nos besoins. Petit bémol sur l’arrivée car le chauffage venait juste d’être allumé ce qui a mit un certain temps avant de retrouver une température « normale ». Peut être penser à anticiper l’allumage si pas de locataire avant. A part cela rien à redire nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Famille Bagourd
