Fantastic apartment, very well located in Ajuda, 2 minutes walk away from all the facilities, 5 minutes walk away from the Shopping Center Fórum Madeira and 10 minutes walk away from the famous Lido Promenade and the swimming-pools.

This comfortable apartment is very spacious. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a spacious lounge with very comfortable sofá bed. TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave and washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc...

The apartment has a fabulous balcony facing south with fantastic ocean and garden views. It has also 2 chairs and a table to enjoy the view and a sun bathing bed.

Includes dishes, sheets and towels, etc - all prepared to make your stay perfect.
Baby package available (cot and sheets, high chair, baby bath, etc.) - to request / book please contact Andreia.

Private parking is inside the building (garage).

This is the ideal property for all types of travelers, either you are an adventurous and independent traveler who prefers to rent a car and go out during the day to explore the Island and by the end of the day, park the car, relax, dine al fresco on the balcony or take a walk and find nearby several restaurants, bars, etc... Or for those you do not like to drive during the holidays and want to be close to all the facilities they are only a few minutes walk away in one of the most pleasant areas of Funchal.

Just 2 minutes walk away you will find coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables shops, tapas bar, pubs, pizzarias, and the famous clothing shop CR7 among other several type of shops.

Andreias apartment has very good location. We enjoyed whole three months we stayed there. Balcony was nice place to look at sea and the nice park, lot of dogs playing and running. Children playing...full of life. Easy to go anywhere, cafe, restaurants, market, levada, many buses to go to Funchal, not too long to walk there. We already miss back. Anja and Hannu from Finland

Beautiful.

Perfect sized apartment for a long term stay. Proper and updated kitchen, supplied with everything you need. Beautiful bathroom, great water pressure. Lovely apartments fronting a park. Fun to watch the dogs play. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants, great massages around the corner with Luis at Fit Cryology. Wonderful balcony. It does get very very hot in the afternoons, so I would advise a fan. Loved it. Miss it already.

Urlaub wie gewünscht!

Andreia ist eine nette und freundliche Gastgeberin. Ich kam in eine total neu renovierte Wohnung. Super modern eingerichtet und sehr zweckmäßig. Insgesamt ist die Anlage sehr schön gelegen. Zum Madeira Forum Einkaufscenter sind es ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Vom Balkon sieht man das Meer und blickt auf einen schön angelegten Park, welcher von den Bewohnern und Gästen gut genutzt wird. Das Auto kann man ohne Probleme am Haus nutzen, oder einen festgelegten Platz in der Tiefgarage. Jeder Zeit wieder.

Buena ubicación

La ubicación del apartamento está muy bien sobre todo si tienes coche. A 5 min a pie hay un centro comercial con supermercado. Apartamento muy limpio con buena vista al jardín y mar. Quizá falte iluminación en todas las estancias.

Formidable séjour

Accueil chaleureux par Andreia qui, en plus, maîtrise bien la langue française. Appartement avec vue sur la mer, très bien situé à 5mn de Funchal. Séjour passionnant par la découverte de l'ile et ses nombreuses et intéressantes randonnées.
