Swimming pool with fantastic sea views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Funchal. 2min. walk to sea access. Private free Parking area. Cleaning once a week with new linen, towels, soap and toilet paper. A holiday apartment for a very good value.

My name is Jan Hansen and I'm from Denmark and I'm the property manager for this waterfront apartment in Funchal and I have lived here in Madeira for over 30 years
and I think it is the best place in Europe. No winter, not too hot summers, safe, very
little crime, beautiful nature with fantastic mountains, good food, not too crowded
with tourists and we can swim in the pool or in the sea all year round, what more
do you want in life !
