A really good location and the house was easy to find. We requested to arrive earlier than directed and that was fine. The caretaker/gardener was there to greet us and help us settle in.

very interesting , rustic from the outside but inside wifi, massive tv, hi fi in every room, very clean, lots of equipment in the kitchen . nice outside area. perfect for relaxing and listening to the owls, great area for walking and tranquility

Some good,some not so good

House spacious, well equiped kitchen, outside area fenced. WiFi and tv as stated.Outside area disappointing, had recently been cleared of overgrown shrubs and brambles, very uneven.Odd that only a 2 seater settee when the property accomodates 4.The listing stated a hot tub, bidet, barbecue grill but none of these provided.Unfortunately the neighbours had noisy dogs, and were strimming all day Sunday. But overall, not too bad.

Country Cottage near Vran

Initial appearance was very poor. The garden was totally unkept, with rather nasty shrubs with big thorns, not really safe for children. The exterior looked tired. Inside was fine but again tired looking, but overall it was a large space which was very well equipped almost to the point of being too much. The technology was over my head. But would of liked a bit of personal service..

La location en elle même était bien mais de nombreux désagréments ont rendus les vacances moins belles qu'attendue : jardin avant non entrenu grandes ronces... L'arrière a l'abandon non accessible, pas de barbecue, pas de cafetière, pas de parasol, pas de jouets enfants simple baignoire et non pas balnéo contrairement à l'annonce

Nettes Objekt - aber verbesserungswürdig

Ein nettes Objekt in schöner Lage. Auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Mängel: WLAN funktionierte nicht; vor dem Fenster im EG ein 2 Meter hoher Haufen abgeschnittener Bäume, der die Sicht versperrte; Schimmel in der Dusche und an den Dachfenstern; verschmutzte, befleckte Teppichböden; Büschel von Hundehaaren; auch leider ein ungepflegter Außenbereich (Terasse und Garten). Insgesamt leider zu schmutzig und vernachlässigt. Aber eine freundliche und schnell antwortende Besitzerin.

Alles was man braucht

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit reichlich Platz, irgendwo im nirgendwo. Wer die Ruhe sucht der findet sie dort. Etwas verwohnt aber sauber, an manchen Stellen könnte ein neuer Anstrich nicht schaden. Ein Haus mit "Leben" - es knarrt und knarzt ständig.

Maison agréable si ménage correctement fait et si voisins plus silencieux

Ménage à revoir car nombreuses toiles d araignées et insectes morts au sol, poussière sur les meubles. Voisins qui font leurs travaux des 8h30 même le dimanche, aucun respect. Maison rappelant celle de mes grands parents, serviettes de toilette sentant l humidité le refermé. Maison en pleine campagne ce qui peut être bien pour le calme si possible.

Jolie maison dans les bois, très calme, , où l'on est réveiller le matin avec le chant des oiseaux, les pièces sont spacieuses, la cuisine très bien équipée. Hélas !, le jardin devant et derrière sont dans une végétation très luxuriante, Dommage car mon petit chien n'en a pas beaucoup profité. Malgré cela, je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cette propriété. A cosy home from home cotage with all amenities

A cosy Home from Home cottage. There is an open plan and spacious feel to the accommodation. with all you need to have a comfortable stay - even a dishwasher. We loved the front garden and patio area for drinking a cheap bottle of wine and snacks from the local hypermarket in Merdrignac. Dog friendly Large front Garden. Will definitely book again
