Attic, cozy, bright and quiet 5 minutes by car from the center of Salamanca, very simple access since it is located on the same road in Madrid, next to the CCTormes and with urban bus stop next to the house. Without parking problem and with the advantage of having cafes, pharmacies, supermarket, park ... and all kinds of services nearby. Ideal for both families and small groups of friends. Terrace with excellent views.
