Nice Quiet Place to Base

The accommodation location is ideal for couples and small families looking at somewhere to switch off as it provided the peace and tranquility needed to relax on the days we were by the pool. Far enough away from Cannes, Nice and Monaco - but not too far. The property is a good size but we did feel it was missing an inside lounge area. Maybe bedroom 1 could have the bed changed to a sofa bed to help with this. We also felt that better occupant protection nets on windows for mosquitoes would be something to owner should consider. Sadly we had no working Wi-Fi whilst we stayed, the details provided by the owner simply did not work and the network did not exist. But we managed with our phone data - so not all bad. The owner and their son were superb and could not have done anymore for us.

Superbe location avec piscine. Propriétaire très sympathique, chienne adorable. Beaucoup de chose à faire a proximité. Lac à 10 minutes. Plages à 30min. Pleins de belles randonnées et jolis villages à proximité. Nous reviendrons. Merci Corinne.

Très agréable séjour ! Accueil chaleureux, environnement propre, expérience piscine extra. Corinne était très disponible et très sympathique. Tous commerces proches et jolis petits villages perchés à proximité.Merci à elle, à son fils et à son compagnon pour leur super accueil.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Corinne qui était aux petits soins pour nous tout en se montrant discrète afin que nous profitions pleinement de l'espace extérieur. Le jardin est très agréable, bien ombragée et la piscine est très bien entretenue. La maison est très bien située, nous avons pu alternée baignades au lac, à la rivière et à la mer. Nous avons également pu visiter les villages de Tourrettes, Fayence, etc. Pour les courses, il y a un Intermarché à côté et d'autres commerces. Nous recommandons ce logement dans lequel nous avons passé des vacances au calme en famille.

très bon contact et bon accueil avec Corinne.Pour le reste, c'est plutôt moyen et nous pensons que cela ne vaut pas le prix proposé (nous avons déjà fait plusieurs villa a ce prix avec de meilleurs prestations).En effet, la location est proche de l'aérodrome de Fayence et il y a pas mal de petit avion qui survole la maison. Ensuite, la literie était de très mauvaise qualité, Nous avons très mal dormi (Corinne nous as confirmé avoir changé la literie après notre départ. Nous aurions du l'informer avant malheureusement...), le barbecue électrique ne fonctionnait pas donc nous avons du emprunter le barbecue a gaz de la propriétaire mais celui ci était assez dangereux car s'allumait difficilement.la terrasse était assez mal éclairée et nous ne pouvions plus faire de jeu de société après 22h00 par manque de lumière.mais de toute façon, nous ne pouvions pas rester sur la terrasse car nous étions dévorés aux moustiques. Sinon la piscine était propre et suffisamment grande.Mais, comme je le disais au début, cette location ne vaut pas son prix malgré que Corinne et son fils sont très gentils et fort agréable !!

Expérience décevante et annonce trompeuse

Nous avons séjourné très brièvement à partir du 21 juin, pensant louer un rez-de-chaussée de villa, comme indiqué dans l’annonce. En réalité, il s’agit d’un sous-sol aménagé sous la maison de la propriétaire, information jamais mentionnée. Fenêtres en hauteur sans vue, lumière naturelle quasi inexistante, et chambres communicantes. La propriétaire a reconnu avoir « oublié » de le préciser comme en 2021, où d’autres locataires, surpris, sont partis au bout de 2 jours… exactement comme nous.Elle nous a aussi avertis de vols dans les voitures, d’un quartier peu sûr, et d’intrusions autour de la piscine. Des détails majeurs, totalement absents de l’annonce.Nous voyageons avec nos deux chats, accepté par écrit mais eux-mêmes étaient stressés dans cet espace fermé. Nous avons convenu d’un départ anticipé et d’un remboursement partiel… qu’elle a ensuite nié. Après échanges avec Abritel et un avocat, nous avons appris qu’elle avait été payée le 22 juin et avait reloué immédiatement après, encaissant deux fois plus de 2 000 .Logement mal isolé, télé sans chaînes, draps troués, propreté limite, douche et piscine mal entretenues, Wi-Fi instable… rien ne correspond à l’annonce.Je rejoins totalement le commentaire laissé en 2021 : même surprise, même scénario, même silence.Je déconseille fortement. Ma fille, influenceuse dans le domaine du voyage, a partagé cette expérience avec sa communauté. Je rejoins l’avis de 2021.

Merveilleuse semaine

Nous avons eu un très belle accueil de Corinne elle est vraiment très très sympathique, elle a été au petit soin pour nous et sa villa est un endroit très tranquille et agréable et nous avons beaucoup profité de sa belle piscine, il y a également beaucoup d’activités à tout autour de ce bel endroit. Merci à Corinne pour son accueil et sa gentillesse, nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine, les enfants ont particulièrement aimé la piscine privatisée pour nous lors notre séjour et le joli jardin. Les villages de Tourettes et Fayence sont magnifiques!
