Excellent appartement

Appartement conforme à nos attentes, récent, bien équipé, parfait pour une famille de 3 à 4 personnes; Résidence sympathique, de taille appréciable. Détail : un parasol sur la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner (entre 8 et 10h) serait un plus. Il faut compter environ 10 minutes pour accéder au plages (toutes ne sont pas bien, Cabopino a été notre préférée). Très bon séjour avec 2000 kms au compteur pour les visites (Séville, Grenade, Cordoba, ...)

My name is Peter. With my partner Vicky we own and manage properties on the Costa del Sol. We live in a finca in the hills 20 km from Marbella surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees. Originally from North West England now 12 years in Andalusia. We love the sunshine life - tapas and drinks in the village square - sunny walks with our dog - and the abundance of simple fresh food. Our family from the UK are regular visitors - this is when we become "tourists" and visit the numerous attractions of the area.
We pride ourselves with the quality of our properties. We strive for perfection and are on hand to advise and assist customers during their stay. Many of our customers have become firm friends over the years and we have numerous returning clients.

Why they chose this property

This apartment is a recently built Taylor Wimpey home. Finished to the highest standards. We love the peace of this location. It is a UNESCO protected area of natural beauty with ancient oak and cork trees. An abundance of wildlife, birds and an array of seasonal wild flowers. Yet it is only 8 minutes by car to the beach and Elviria commercial centre. Restaurants cafes shops and Banks are all at hand. The blue flag beaches have miles of golden sand with some exceptional chiringuitos serving tapas and drinks.

What makes this property unique

We particularly enjoy the 9 hole on site golf course, the tennis gym spa area and French Boules. When relaxing we love the spectacular sea and mountain views from the terrace.
We recently installed a state of the art IPTV entertainment system. 5000 worldwide channels 500 UK Irish channels Premium channel subscription system. Films on Demand Box sets Radio. Fast Fibre wi fi makes the property home from home.
