This Luxury Penthouse apartment with excellent facilities offers wonderful panoramic views of the sea and mountains with. This is a great size accommodation perfect for a family holiday and golf getaway.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned/heated and well equipped to the highest standard, with a large sunny terrace with Al Fresco dining for 6. It has a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, laundry room and spacious living, dining room with TV.

The large master bedroom has a luxury ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom is twin with a family bathroom which has a walk-in shower. Safe deposit box. Two swimming pools set in semi-tropical lush garden areas. This is a secure area with underground garage parking space with lift access, outdoor parking places and electric security shutters to all windows and patio doors. Fast unlimited Wi-Fi.

The property has fantastic on-site facilities. Daily and weekly Membership Available. Superb 9-hole par 3 golf course & putting green, designed by Manuel Piñero, which is fun and challenging all in one. Well equipped Gym - Tennis and Paddle Courts, Pickleball. Petanque Area, Table Tennis.

The El Soto de Marbella resort has an excellent Clubhouse. It has a highly rated restaurant and bar (child friendly) with a lovely terrace overlooking the lake.

It is located in a privileged natural area between Marbella and Ojên offering stunning views towards the Sierra Nevada Mountains, the Mediterranean Sea, the Rock of Gibraltar and the African coast. There are miles of sandy beaches just 8 minutes drive away. There are a further five golf courses within a few minutes drive of La Mairena. La Cala Golf Resort has three courses, and Santa Maria and Greenlife Golf Clubs are in nearby Elviria. Walking and mountain biking are popular, with many easily accessible trails from the village leading into the Sierra de las Nieves National Park and along the nearby River Ojen.

Excellent apartment

The apartment was excellent quality & with a great view. On site facilities (tennis courts etc) are very good, although perhaps in need of a little TLC.

Fantastic place to stop

Situated on a private development , we couldn’t have asked for better accommodation for our week on the Costa deal Sol. The apartment was spacious and well equipped for all our needs. The views out from the apartment were stunning too. Despite being in the middle of August, the pool area was extremely quiet meaning on most days our group, of two adults and two boys had the pool to ourselves on most days. We also made daily use of the free golf and gym. We ate in the El Soto clubhouse a couple of times and the food was excellent if a little limited in choice. But still worth a visit . The local facilities are about a ten minute drive away so a car is essential if you want to get around. Happy to recommend !

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles gezeigt.

Es wurde sich um alles gekümmert. Als es Probleme mit dem TV und dem Internet gab, wurde sofort ein Techniker geschickt. Es ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit einem Gym und einem Golfplatz, Tennisplatz und Paddelboardplatz. Einzig die Entfernung von der Hauptstraße zur Anlage ist etwas lang, aber es lohnt sich. Die Aussichten sind toll.

Why they chose this property

I love the peace of this quite area. It is a UNESCO protected area of natural beauty with ancient oak and cork trees. An abundance of wildlife, birds and an array of seasonal wild flowers. Yet it is only 8 minutes by car to the Elviria commercial centre. Restaurants cafes shops and Banks all at hand. Close to the blue flag beaches with miles of golden sand.

What makes this property unique

I particularly enjoy the on site golf course the tennis gym and spa area. When relaxing we love the spectacular sea and mountain views from the terrace.
We recently installed a state of the art TV entertainment system. TV Films Music and radio. In excess of 5000 worldwide including 500 UK and Irish channel subscription IPTV system. UK HD with Premium channels. Fast wi fi internet makes the property home from home.
