About/position
This apartment, new in offer for 2017., provides comfort and atmosphere of the highest level. It is perfectly suitable for longer family vacation . A newly renovated "feel like home" and nicely decorated apartment can be finded near to the center of Split in Vukovarska street,. The apartment is sunny with private parking place next to it. Next to the building is also a public bus station, but you won't use it that often because the apartmant is 7 minutes walk from the city center ( a bus station, ferry port, railway station, Riva, Diocletian's Palace…) where you can also enjoy walking by the coast. It is located 15 minutes away by foot from the famous Bačvice beach. We would also like to recommend beach Žnjan which you can easily reach with a taxi in 10 minutes or with a public transport by bus which depart from the station 5 minutes away from our apartment if you want a direct line. His spacious, comfortable and well equipped three bedroom apartment with a private terrace and garden is located on the second floor of a building at an excellent location . Although only 10 minutes walking distance from the Old Town, the central place of all events, the apartment is far away from crowd and noise just enough to give its guests the oasis of peace and relaxation.
Living
Bright and lighted living room with a balcony is also a place that, in a harmonious setting offers all the necessary facilities. Balcony oasis lets you enjoy the fresh air and sun, it has a table with chairs where you can take your morning coffee, have breakfast with your friends and family or simply take it as a place to go and relax alone during the day. In living room you can find 40-inch Smart TV, with a lot of online content, cable channels and unlimited access to fast wireless Internet are on your disposal.
As for an important thing, we took care that every single room in our apartment has a window which provides natural lighting and meanwhile don´t have to worry about the heat because we have two air conditioner, one in the living room and the other one in the bigger room.
Dining
Conectted to the living room comes the dinning room and kitchen for days when you are not in the mood to enjoy rich gastronomic offer in Split, the fully-equipped kitchen with classic electric oven, additional microwave oven, grill toaster and electric water boiler is a guarantee that you can enjoy all your culinary inspirations. For your breakfast you can always find some muesli, yoghurt and toast in the shelf. Nearest bakery can be easely reched within a 5 minutes walk.
Sleeping
Three lovely bedrooms allow sleeping for five. There is a queen size bed in the spacious master bedroom (with a cot for your baby if it is necessary). Second room has two single beds and it is different from others because half of one wall is completely covered in glass (the picture will tell you more). Third one has one bed but also the bathroom+toillete seperated from others which consist all the essentials. If there is more than 5 of you, you can use a stretch sofa in livnig room for one or two persons.
Bathroom
As we mantioned one of the rooms has a bathroom for its own while another two share one larger bathroom with a washing maschine and seperated from it, the tolliette. The stylish and well equipped bathroom with a large shower cabin and hair dryer will also provide nice relaxing moments. There you can find also a smaller baby bath.

A lot of activites, places to eat and tips about night life you will be able to find on our wall.
Interaction
Your hosts have extensive work experience in tourism and hospitality, so their care of you will only spice everything that this apartment offers. Local knowledge, accurate and useful information will be available to you at any time before and during your stay. Few cold beers in the fridge and some Split traditional homemade sweets are waiting for you.
Arrival
If you arrive by plane, take the Airport bus (Price: 30 kuna) and go to Riva to enter the city center.On the same place you can eather take taxi or go through the main street on Riva ahead to the Gradska Tržnica where you can sit on the bus number 15 and drive to Vukovarska 36, 2 floor, Mr Perkovic who will take you to the apartment. It is shown in the picture that is a screenshot from (website hidden) Earth.
If you arrive by bus or ferry to the Split Main Bus/Fairy Station from there you can take also the local bus 15 to arrive to Vukovarska 36, 2 floor, Mr Perkovic who will take you to the apartment.
Conclusion
It is not about listing and endless set of rules, basically my philosophy about the house is letting my guests using their common sense, being respectful, treating others as you like being treated and on top of that making the people staying here comfortable and helping them to make the most of their stay with me. My priority is always the comfort and wellbeing of my guests and I will go out of my way to achieve that goal.
You will be given a set of keys after the check in process, giving you complete freedom to go in and out at your will.
