About this property

## Space

The apartment has a really bright and spacious living area, with a large comfy corner sofa with lots of cushions, and a bean bag, too!

The living room has a TV, and there is a beautiful circular glass dining table in it’s own corner area, with designer seating. The kitchen is modern, clean and tidy, kitted out with all the essentials including: toaster, kettle, oven, hob and microwave.

There are two uniquely designed bathrooms, one with both a bath and shower, and plenty of room for all your toiletries. There is a smaller separate toilet as well.

The second bedroom has a desk for those guests who wish to do a spot of work.

The master bedroom has a comfy European kingsized bed, a large wardrobe, and a fan in the corner for the lucky warmer London weather!

There is colourful, unique artwork and furniture pieces throughout the flat - including a chandelier! - creating a really delightful atmosphere - it's truly a lovely place to be.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay.

There is an elevator in the building to access the flat - there are 10 steps up to the lobby to approach this.

Great Location, Poor cleaning, Bad property Manager

The location of this property is great. just a 5 min walk to 2 different tube stations, shopping and restaurants everywhere. The cleanliness of the flat was a problem. Dishes were not fully clean, there were hairballs and little piles of dirt in every room, like they swept but never finished cleaning. The shower was slow to drain and seemed like it had not been properly cleaned in weeks. Very disappointing and uncomfortable. (I took photos of everything). I even found a 600mg ibuprofen pill on the ground next to the bed. Glad I found it before my toddler did. We had an issue getting the heat to work and the property management company really made the whole process very difficult. They were not very helpful throughout the whole stay. Lots of automated replied that did not actually answer questions.

Nice place, good location and functional

This place had plenty of space and was a short 10 minute walk from the Underground so it was convenient and worked our great for 3 of us.

Great Location Horrible Property

This flat was in a great location but there are many things wrong with it. Closet doors broken, door handle fell off, only one set of keys. We stayed in June and it was hot but you were not allowed to open many windows and the fans we not enough. Also - it is next door to a major construction site that will be there for a while - loud noises from - about 8am to 6pm including Saturday. Do not recommend.

South Kensington Flat

This property was in an excellent location. Easy access to South Kensington tube station. Grocery stores close by. Great shopping and cafés on the King’s Road. The property itself was a good size with two bedrooms plus a full bathroom and another separate toilet. Small but perfectly serviceable kitchen. Linens provided. Overall the flat could do with a little updating and a fresh coat of paint. Instructions for getting the keys to the flat - excellent.
