The apartment is a ground-floor unit set just a few minutes from several attractions and locations, such as beaches, golf courses, and has very good access to supermarkets, the downtown area and public transportation.
It is very central and close to amenities, and the Boavista golf course is just a few minutes away.
The apartment comprises living room with an annexed bedroom, a kitchen fitted with stove, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer, a private balcony outside (accessed through the kitchen), one bathroom with bathtub, and a master bedroom with closet.
