Very well located apartament with three rooms and two bathrooms.
Two twin rooms have 90cm x 1.90m beds and a balcony facing to Ronda Universitat. The third bedroom, a suite with doble bed and a decorative fireplace, faces to a courtyard and is very quiet, ideal for relaxing. A joining bedroom with a single bed and another pullout bed is the perfect place up to two children. Finally, there is also a sofa bed of 1.20 m x 1.90 m.
The 2 bathrooms are spacious and complete. The apartment is equipped with heating, air conditioning, Smart TV, internet, washer and dryer... (see icons below).
Bed linen and towels. A perfect place to stay for a family or large groups because of its capacity.

This apartment has a family atmosphere, in a quiet building that does not tolerate parties and excesses, usually youth, so we only want clients who meet that profile to avoid future inconveniences. There is enough supply in the city for other environments.

Fantastic apartment for touring Barcelona!

This is a beautiful property in a historic building with all the modern amenities! My three teens and I very much enjoyed this gorgeous apartment. It is conveniently located within- and walkable to - many wonderful shops and restaurants. It's only one block from Plaza de Catalunya where we caught a hop on/off tour bus for a quick, sunny tour of Barcelona's highlights. There is a market for groceries right across the street. It's easy to catch a taxi from this location as well. The communication with the apartment managers was excellent and Camilo offered many suggestions to interesting restaurants. We would stay there again.

Lovely roomy apartment, nicely decorated in a great location. Lots of amenities within walking distance. Camilo who met us at the property could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be back.
