Fully serviced boutique apartment next to Ramblas with 4 double bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms. 30 minutes daily cleaning included from Monday through Saturday.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room, you have access to a charming balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. The apartment is also fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wi-fi and smart tv.

I would look for another option.

The unit we stayed in is located on the third floor, but it feels more like a sixth-floor walk-up. There is a small elevator, but it can only accommodate up to three people. The apartment walls are very thin—you can hear almost everything from the neighboring units and the street below. Nighttime noise from both the street and neighbors can be loud enough to disrupt sleep.The location of the apartment felt questionable. Both our Tuk Tuk driver and private tour guide commented on the safety and overall quality of the area.There were also some issues with the amenities. One of the bath towels was stained, and the landlord was unable to provide additional blankets beyond the single extra one already in the unit.In my opinion, I would look at other options.

Spacious 4 room, 3 full bath apt.

Well equipped and spacious for our family of four. We ate in two nights and had everything we needed. We did a laundry and had no issues with the wash, but the dryer did not dry the clothes quickly.

Great apartment, very helpful manager

Great apartment within walking distance of nearly everything (although I walk with crutches so I took taxis). Very helpful management. Note that there are stairs so not suitable if you're a wheelchair user. 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms meant there was plenty of room for us all. Barcelona is an amazing place to visit, and this is a great base to visit it from.

Great Apartment

The staff was amazing and very quick to respond to any questions. We paid half owed online and the other half when we arrived. I was nervous about this, but everything went smooth. They charged the exact amount owed and, overall, it seemed like a very reputable company to deal with. The neighborhood was a lower middle-class area but felt safe with many food options. And we were very close to many tourist sites. Also, the building seemed very secure with cameras everywhere and a locked entrance to the building. We did stay over 2 weeks so a vacuum in the unit would have been nice given the maids do not clean the floors or exchange bath towels. Also an extra set of towel per person would have been nice as it would be easier to wash them. Other reviews have mentioned the noise and that is a thing. You do hear the people above you walking and banging around. But there’s a small open space along the length of the apartment and another building of apartments the other side so you hear the yelling and parties going on over there. Regardless of a few small issues, I loved the space for a family and the colorful neighborhood and this company. I would definitely stay again:)

Location was OK, Easy to get around. At times it was noisy (screaming baby in the complex). On top of the baby screaming the last evening we were there someone called the apartment and threatened to kick us to the street if we didn't quite down. It seems like someone had their channels crossed and were very upsetting to us. ---- think twicw before coming here!!!

really nice apartment - is authentically spanish and noise travels ( we had a complaint for really just walking and talking slightly loudly) . easy access location for everything and metro close by .

Beautiful unit. not greatest area

the apartment was wonderful. very clean and comfortable. hosts were very kind and had great communication. area around the unit was not great for cleanliness and shopping or restaurant options, but it was centrally located to get to many things in Barcelona easily. host definitely needs to change/fix door lock on unit as we were unable to unlock it to exit, struggling for 10 minutes before we were able to get it unlocked.

Amazing unit!! Comfortably suited for 8 people. Pictures are exactly as shown. Eduard and Matteo were easy to deal with and VERY helpful. Gave great suggestions on activities (the paella club is a must) that we ALL enjoyed! They even helped us arrange taxis for airport transfers. Location is close to Las Ramblas and within walking distance to everything we wanted. Unit was clean and modern and made our visit that much more enjoyable!

Great Location and Beautiful Rooms

The property is extremely cleanly and in great condition. The location was walkable to many restaurants, stores as well as markets. Right next to La Ramblas and easy to access. Something to keep in mind is that finding taxis can take upwards of 10 minutes and require ~200m of walking.

Good place but .....

We stayed. For two nights. Management was great with communication. They got us in and squared away. The apartment was okay. Lots of room but one room was 10 degrees warmer than others. Floors have broken tiles. Our biggest issue was the noise. The people up stairs screaming and jumping. Noise from the area in general was very loud. The noise went on till about 0200 am. The area is okay. Lots of graffiti. Easy walk to Las Rambas. It meet our needs but when we return we will look else where.

Barcelona Visit

Family trip to see the sights in Barcelona. We needed a place large enough for 7 family members. This was a perfect alternative. Very comfortable, clean and well situated within the sights of Barcelona.

Delightful location and perfect for our group of friends and family.

It was such a wonderful spot with plenty of room for everyone to all be together and also space for some privacy when desired. Location was amazing! We walked all over the city. Our host(s) we’re super responsive and bent over backwards to be helpful in many ways, from an easy checkin to great ideas to check out in the city and also really assisted in procuring some luggage that our airline had lost in transit. Highly recommend!

Spacious Apartment

Pros - Easy check-in. Claudia was great. - Spacious apartment. - Great location. Easy to get to mass transit and major attractions. - Nearby restaurants. - Charm. Cons - Noisy area until midnight or 1:00 am - Washer and dryer not in unit. Need to go down to shared area on first floor. One washer and one dryer to share. - Lack of utensils and kitchen supplies. Would be difficult to make your meals. Note: Photos are not necessarily of the unit that you stay in. Multiple units with the same layout and similar decorations.

Wonderful apartment/great location

The apartment was very spacious for 5 adults. It was great to have 3 bathrooms and a living room. Very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay there again. Location was very convenient to get anywhere in the city by walking or metro/bus.

Heart of Barcelona

We absolutely had a wonderful stay and loved our apartment. It had the old world charm, but nice modern amenities that make it the perfect place. It was a charming neighborhood with great little shops, but within walking distance to all the major sites.

Noisy Neighborhood

Needs updating. Poorly stocked kitchen. No actual coffee maker. Only Nespresso. Plus was only 10 minute walk to Starbucks. Great location, but very noisy from all directions! Granted, we were there during civil unrest, which contributed to noise, but there was a lot of noisy foot traffic, and loud parties close by. Did not have any contact with property manager once we got there. Also beware, this property requires stair climbing. Up 5 flights. Tiny elevator starts on 2nd floor. Plus: the space is plenty large, with lots of storage. Three full bathrooms which functioned well. Front bedroom very noisy from street. We had a great time in Barcelona, but would probably do a hotel next time.

Hier lässt es sich gut "wohnen"........

Die Wohnung entsprach total unseren Vorstellungen. Das Wohnen (insgesamt 8 Personen) war durch die Aufteilung der Räume und drei Bäder mehr als angenehm. Auch die gute Lage der Wohnung trug dazu bei, dass wir uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt haben.
