Apartment Rules:
Tourist tax not included in the price. €5.50 per adult per night. This tax must be paid before your arrival if you plan to arrive outside of regular hours.
Please be aware that the Barcelona City Council will increase municipal taxes from €5.50 per person per night to €6.05 per person per night starting April 1, 2024.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11:30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dining table.
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, and be subject to a minimum €50 charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.
