The apartment features two double bedrooms, one room with two single beds, and two full bathrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, and washer-dryer. It also includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and a safe box.

🛏️ We provide towels, bed linens, toiletries, cleaning products, and a hairdryer.

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Spacious and Comfortable Apartment in a Great LocationWe stayed here for two nights at the end of our Mediterranean vacation after our cruise before flying home. Our group of six adults had plenty of space, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.We especially loved the outdoor terrace — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while chatting with friends. The location offered easy access to the metro, and BCN conveniently arranged our transportation to the airport.Just a tip for future guests: arrange transportation ahead of time, as rides can be quite expensive in Barcelona. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay in BCN

Great location within walking distance of most major sites, close proximity to the subway and bus stops made it ideal for our group of 6. Marianna's communication from check in to check out was outstanding! Highly recommend this property! Some other positives, great restaurants within 5 min walk,supermarket nearby,; and overall we felt very safe in this neighborhood which was important for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom apartment in the Eixample neighborhood. The location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of Barcelona with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. The high ceilings gave the space an airy, elegant feel that’s so characteristic of Barcelona’s architecture. All three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for our group. The real highlight was the outdoor terrace - we spent many evenings there enjoying drinks and the Barcelona atmosphere.The Eixample location meant we could easily walk to major attractions while staying in a authentic neighborhood setting. Family trip to Barcelona

Great apartment and location. We had a nice time and the place was spacious, clean and comfortable. We only stayed 3 nights and spent most of our time outside the apartment exploring Barcelona. But, it was a wonderful place to rest. The neighborhood is perfect, so safe, so many great places to eat and a central location to anywhere.

Nice apartment in a great neighborhood.

It’s a nice and spacious apartment, well located in a nice neighborhood. Many grocery stores and restaurants nearby and a delicious bakery right down the building. Many sites are accessible by foot. The apartment is well equipped and even has a washer and dryer. The building is safe. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing!!

This property was amazing. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) enjoyed our stay here so much. Great location! Apartment was very clean and exactly as advertised, and actually more beautiful than expected! Very safe building and area. We left to go to Madrid and honestly just wanted to come back to this place in Barcelona because we loved it so much. Hope to return someday. If you have the opportunity to stay, you are lucky!

Beautiful Apartment, Excellent Location

I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. Check in process was seamless. Apartment is clean, beds really comfortable and it was very quiet. Junior helpfully arrange a very early taxi van back to the airport. There are several grocery markets within a block. Two train stops nearby. And, of course, many terrific restaurants and cafes within walking distance, including a a delicious french bakery two doors down. Thank you!

Fantastic apartment, very centrally located, with a short distance to the city center and many of Barcelona's attractions. We (6 adults) enjoyed the large bright rooms, the 2 bathrooms with plenty of hot water and a cozy terrace where the afternoon sun could be enjoyed. Really nice reception by the team, exactly at the agreed time and we also got quick answers to a few questions along the way, even though it was outside opening hours. Only missed the opportunity to dry the wet towels, but it was possible to hang them on the terrace.

Beautiful apartment

This is a beautiful apartment and a great neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed, and was even more beautiful than the pictures. We appreciated the air conditioning on some very hot days. The apartment is located in a very walkable neighborhood that has everything you need. Communication with management was easy and quick and Mariana providing us some day trip suggestions as well as organizing a car for us to get to the airport. I highly recommend this property, and would return if I was staying in Barcelona again.

Even better than advertised

We stayed in this lovely apartment for two nights prior to our Mediterranean cruise. The apartment is very large, the pictures don’t do it justice. The historical features, high ceilings, gorgeous woodwork were all stunning. The location was superb - easy to get a taxi, lots of restaurants within 1-2 minute walk and nice supermarket around the corner. Our favorite part though was the terrace. STUNNING! We spent most of our time out there, enjoying the peaceful scenery. We would definitely stay in this gorgeous apartment again. Service was 5 Star, very helpful in organizing taxis for us. Thank you for a great stay.

It was well appointed with pots, pans, towels, etc. Only shampoo, no lotion or cream rinse.The washer/dryer combo was a bit confusing, so we hung out our clothes to dry.Great location, and able to walk to most everything. Grocery store nearby as well as coffee shops and restaurants.
