House rules:

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Fabulous apartment in a great location!

Great apartment in a quiet but accessible area

Loved this vrbo! The manager was very kind and helpful and even received our lost luggage for us one day so we could keep exploring. Beautiful space that was great for a family. Nice cafe next door as well. Would highly recommend.

This is a lovely apartment, well looked after and is beautifully positioned to access all that Barcelona has to offer. The team at BCN made the entire trip easy and a real pleasure. We hope to go back soon!

Lovely apartment in a convenient location

We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. The apartment was conveniently located to all the sites we visited. Every location we wanted to visit was always a short 15 walk away. The apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults (2 couples).

Great apartment, nice neighborhood

Wonderful architecture, a comfortable space, we would certainly stay again. Mariana is a wonderful host. Cafe below highly recommended for its coffee, pastries and breakfast. Just around the corner we discovered Pirineau En Boca, it quickly became our go to dinner spot.

Wonderful flat

Great place. AC worked great after hot days, they met us on time (rare for Spain sometimes) and gave us a tour of the whole place and how to run everything. Lot of Americans staying there and just a short walk to center of town which was fine. Even messaged me some restaurant recommendations. Would recommend and will stay again.

Perfect Spot for 2 Couples

The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was conveniently located without being in the noisy Las Ramblas neighborhood. It was not easy to find a 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms but this fit the bill perfectly for our group. There is a coffee shop next door and a small grocery store a block away plus several restaurants within an easy walk. I would stay here again if we get back to Barcelona in the future.

Perfect apartment in terrific location in Barcelona/ just as described!

Very easy booking and check in. We arrived early and the hosts were very accommodating in storing our luggage. The kitchen and rooms had everything we needed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great! The entire apartment was spotless. The hosts even arranged a taxi for our departure day which we greatly appreciated. Location was central and very quiet. Would definitely recommend and book again!

All the right vibes in all the right places

2 couples stayed here for 5 days. It was absolutely the best location in an early century apartment with modern amenities. Mariana took great care to explain the neighborhood ( walkable to most sites), grocery and restaurants on the block! Tree shaded small balcony was charming, and the high ceilings, furnishings and 2 baths were appreciated. Thank you for this offering on VRBO.

High ceilings, balconies, exquisitely decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. Great Saga coffee shop across the street. Walking distance to many hoods. What more could you want, oh yes and a bathtub!!

Comfortable apartment in a great location!

Great experience at this property, setup was perfect for our needs and exactly as described in listing and pictures. Lots of great restaurants nearby in all directions, with easy walking access to almost every part of the city without being in the middle of the touristy areas of Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. Highly recommend.

We stayed in a spacious, comfortable, well-maintained apartment. The apartment management was in the same building and very attentive to our needs. The location was on a quiet street with a nice cafe right next door to our building entrance. A few meters past that is a whiskey bar with a 1920's vibe. It seemed that there is a restaurant on every corner, plus Las Ramblas, Barceloneta, the Gothic Quarter were all relatively near. For us, this property was an excellent location for our Barcelona visit.

Great location, and the only VRBO in Barcelona without twin beds!

The unit was spacious, though a bit run down. It was clean and everything worked well. The neighborhood felt very safe and we could walk everywhere we wanted to see.

We had missed our train from Valencia and unfortunately arrived later than we anticipated. Our host was accommodating, and access to the keys was easy. The apartment was luxurious, and we wishes we could stay longer to enjoy the comforts! We had easy access to all of the places we wanted to visit, and local dining was lovely! Thank you!
