High-end apartments located on CASP Street, 41, in Barcelona's Eixample district, surrounded by numerous and diverse shops and restaurants. The building is just a 5-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya.

This apartment features one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. Each room has a private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and an iron for clothes. The living room offers a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Access to upper floors is available via an elevator.

We provide all our guests with towels, bed linens, personal toiletries, cleaning products, and a hairdryer.

The apartment has minibar products available for an additional fee based on consumption.

This spacious apartment with marble floors is an ideal option for 4 people.

The property offers parking for vehicles (subject to availability) for an additional charge.





House Rules:

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price. €6.88 per adult per night.

Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting Oct. 1st, 2025.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.

No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.

Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table.

Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, and be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.

On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.
