In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Spent the last 2 nights of our trip in Spain here and wow, excellent place for the 5 of us! 3 bedrooms, soaring ceilings, huge terrace, large/clean bathrooms and living area. Wish we had stayed here earlier! Its easy to get around and walk to the sites/Gothic Quarter. It is a 25 min walk to the port/beaches but that was not a big deal. Smooth check in process with Joanna! I'd stay here again when visiting Barcelona.

Great apartment

We stayed here for a weekend. The apartment was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Really tall ceilings, amazing architecture, each bedroom was really big, bathrooms were huge with great showers and the outdoor space was great. The location was perfect. Small walk into el born (10 mins) we also stumbled across some amazing restaurants for food. We would definitely stay here again.

Really clean and spacious apartment. We stayed 4 nights in the superior 3 bedroom apartment (5 people) and we loved it. Short walk distances from Plaça Catalunya. We choice this apartment because of the location and the terrace. The terrace didn’t disappoint. Super market close by and a nice bar next door.

Huge apartment perfect location

This was the second place we stayed at in Barcelona and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was HUGE. Very easily accommodated 6 guests. There was living room and outdoor space to enjoy drinks and coffee. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Barcelona.

Excellent property and location, would recommend it to any future guest looking for a property to stay in. The hosts were great, very accommodating and helpful. One bad hit, the washer/dryer was disappointing. The all in one unit did not work well for the dryer function (Junior warned us at checkin). All four of us had been traveling for the previous two weeks, so being able to do laundry for 4 people was high on our list, it took forever to wash and hang dry our clothes during our stay. If you don't need to do laundry during your stay, no issues at all.

Great location

A nice, clean and large apartment. One large bedroom, two small bedrooms (one with no AC). Living room, dining area and balcony were all nice, large gathering areas. Very central and close to amazing restaurants, shops and attractions. Lots of closets in each room to hang clothing, and laundry facilities for longer stays. The hosts were accommodating and let us drop off our luggage, as we had a very early arrival. Would highly recommend this property.

Great apartment in good location

The space was great for our family of 5. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. The only down side was that we were unable to at least leave our bags upon our arrival from the States. We arrived at 7 and could not check in until 2. Also, there was an additional tax that VRBO did not include in the pricing that we had to pay before our arrival.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay. The photos were a little newer and brighter than the actual furniture, etc. Thick coats of paint on the doors and shutters were flaking off. Kinda gross to see while in the shower... and it would have been nice to have washcloths. We stayed for four nights, but were not offered new towels. But, no traffic noise and the apartments were quiet. Easy access and managers did their best to accommodate.

Nice First Stop

We had a great stay. It was our first place on our first family trip to Europe. I was a little worried how everything would work out doing accommodations this way, but the communication was great and everything was clear and easy to navigate. Our hostess did a great job explaining everything. The apartment was ready on arrival and they were easily contacted to check us in. They were helpful when we needed to store our bags for a late check out. Place was clean, comfortable and air conditioned. There was one bedroom that did not have dedicated a/c but did have a fan. All a/c units worked well. Property amenities were described accurately. I was happy the hair dryer was full sized, as described, since I didn’t want to pack one and add the weight to my luggage. Would recommend.

Large apt in great location

We had a really nice week-long stay at this apt (2 adults and 2 teenage children). Overall it was a good choice for us and a good value - VERY large space, clean, quiet, comfortable beds, and perfect location where we could walk to almost everything but not too central and too touristy thankfully. Host was responsive to any issues and questions. But I do have some feedback/suggestions for the host and also some advice for anyone looking at this apt. First, it's not as nice of a space as it looks in the pictures - walls and furniture much more worn and drab looking (if that matters to you). Second, the weather was only in the low 60s during the day, but at night we like to use some AC to sleep better and the master bedroom one was not working properly, is very loud, and leaked one night. Third, the washer/dryer is very european and does not really dry at all. So we hung everything on the porch, which is fine, but does take a long time to dry. Just a heads up. Also, the TVs did not have many channels, and no English channels (i.e. CNN) or any apps (i.e. Netflix). Not a huge deal, but was surprised. Also, it would have been helpful to have a booklet with instructions and information on a variety of things (this is common in many rentals we've stayed at), like how to use washer/dryer, dishwasher, TVs, what to do with trash/recycling, restaurant/shop recommendations in the neighborhood.

This is a fantastic place with gorgeous high ceilings and a central location. We were a family group of six and it had everything we needed. The only thing that I was negative at all about was they required us to pay outside VRBO and the registration process was long and annoying. Overall, I would highly recommend.
