Fabulous apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. Conveniently located, perfectly decorated and well maintained. The welcoming staff was friendly and communicative that made checking in and out easy. Our family reunion/wedding was fabulous and having this apartment for meetups made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

PERFECT

First off I want to thank our wonderful host, Monica. She is very thoughtful and makes the check-in/out process super simple. She’s available if you have any questions during your stay, and she is true to her word. The apartment is located in a great location that is safe and central. It’s a 15-minute walk to Las Ramblas and 5 minutes to La Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. Directly under the apartment is a supermercado which is great to buy groceries. The biggest selling point for us, however, was the washer and dryer. My family and I are 7 people and we are taking a 2.5-week long trip through Europe. We stayed here halfway through our trip and were in need of laundry services. It was amazing to be able to wash all of our clothes from the first half of the trip and use for the second half. The only thing that I will comment on is the smell. There is a slight smell of sewer in the apartment because of the drought. However, this was easily remedied by opening the windows and doors and letting the apartment vent. Thank you again to Monica for a wonderful stay!!

Great accommodation for large group!

Great apartment! Very roomy and comfortable for our family. Seven adults stayed and never got in each others way. Great restaurants and bakeries in walking distance. Balcony was a plus for our great December weather! Took a 40 minute train ride to Sitges-so beautiful!

Excellent value and location. Monica was friendly and professional and provided some helpful recommendations, including 2 terrific restaurants. Easy walk to most of the places to see and subway stations are close by for anything further.

Perfect Apt for Barcelona

The Apt fit all our needs, wonderful neighborhood, walkable to sites , great restaurants , Very comfortable beds and a quite upscale neighborhood. It was very nicely appointed with everything we needed for our week stay . Monica even left us some essentials in the refrigerator which was a really nice touch . Would definitely stay again when we return . K
