Thanks for feedback.
You stayed whole time and never asked for anything or complaint for anything.
We have been having guests from last 9 years and have changed the mattress 5 times and linen are hotel quality which we outsource to cleaning company.
If you have raised any of the issue during stay would have been nice.

Excellent Stay!
Great neighborhood, close to underground station and shopping. Only surprise was no A/C - the listing was correct, so it was VRBO's search engine, not the owner's fault. It was cool enough in the evenings with the fan. Adequate kitchen, small but good for making breakfast and quick meals. Washer/dryer combo worked well, just keep loads small.

Fantastic location near tube and great restaurants and cafes nearby plus Whole Foods if needed. Felt safe and would definitely stay again. A bit smaller than the pictures depicted. Need to walk up stairs to get to unit. Property manager very responsive to questions
