Beach lovers

The property was in a prime spot for beach lovers and is surrounded by quality restaurants.A 15minute walk is the marina which is well worth a visit . We would definitely go back to this apartment .

Absolutely gorgeous apartment with sea view. Constantine , our host ,was helpful in every way. A short walk into old Rethymno town. Great restaurants and lovely staff.

Overall everything was better than we expected. The hospitality and service from the owners were great. Even thought we arrived in the middle of the night they waited for us and showed us where to park, showed us the apartment and gave us information. The apartment was clean and modern with big rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Big balcony with great view. Excellent and we give our recommendations.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und direkt am Strand. Der Vermieter war kooperativ, er hatte sogar den Kühlschrank für uns gefüllt. Ich würde dieses Objekt erneut nutzen.

Perfect Apartment with Amazing View

The Appartment was superb with everything you could wish for. The balcony overlooked the beach and was a great place to relax after a day on the beach. The host was great and answered any questions quickly. The location was great for the beach and just a short walk from the old town which had really nice bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend to family and friends. To summarise perfect property in a perfect location

Traumurlaub am Strand von Rethymn

Wir durften eine Woche in der wunderbaren Wohnung von Constantine verbringen. Diese ist wirklich ganz hervorragend ausgestattet. Es war alles super. Die Lage (10 Minuten bis zur Altstadt), der direkte Blick aufs Meer (und auf den Hafen) und unser Gastgeber hat uns sehr viele Aufmerksamkeiten gemacht. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Wasser, Wein, Süßigkeiten und auch sonst war alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht. Über alle Reinigungsmittel, Waschpulver und sogar Strandtücher waren vorhanden. Also nur einziehen und sich wohlfühlen. Es war ein wunderbares Zuhause auf Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Perfekte Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden, Constantine ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr geschmackvoll. Toller Balkon, gutes WLAN, bequeme Betten und eine gute Klimaanlage. Die Küchenausstattung ist hochwertig, es hat Spaß gemacht hier zu wohnen.

Großes und schönes Appartment in toller Lage

Das Appartment ist toll ausgestattet und in bester Lage. Klasse ist auch der dazugehörige Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert bestens. Alles ist durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Situation idéale

Toll ausgestattete Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und komplett eingerichtet. Der Blick über das Meer und den Strand ist fantastisch und man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt. Wenn man einen Mietwagen hat ist auch der zur Wohnung gehördende Parkplatz von Vorteil. Besonders nett fanden wir es, dass bei unserer Ankunft schon ein paar Lebensmittel und Getränke für uns bereit standen. Mit dem sehr netten Vermieter lief alles sehr unkompliziert.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Réthymnon, dans l'appartement de Constantine qui est très confortable et très agréable. La vue depuis le balcon est magnifique, avec le coucher de soleil sur la forteresse. Nous avons bien apprécié la climatisation dans le séjour et dans les chambres. Constantine est accueillant et discret : il est gentiment venu nous chercher à la station de bus. Des produits locaux étaient à notre disposition (vin, miel, fêta, jus de fruit, café,...). Il y a tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement. Un dame de ménage (très gentille) peut venir en cours de séjour. Bref, un lieu que l'on recommande !

Better than the photos.... it is by far the best appartment and host we ever had after more than 10 rentals in Spain, Italy France, and Greece. Constantine was always fast to respond to our demands and very helpful whenever needed. The app is very well located , with brand new furnitures, excellent cooking appliances 8for those who like to cook it was great), with olive oil, coffee, chips, toats, yogurt, honey, chocolate.... so nice to have when you arrive for your holidays....and there was also 2 bottles of wine and one of Ouzo! There were everything you need as towels, shampoos, etc... 10 min easy walk to the old city There is no doudt ... an excellent place to hire. And an excellent host...really taking care of us and making live easy... the real Cretean hospitality!!!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön: Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat einen großen und gemütlichen Balkon direkt zum Meer, der von allen Räumen zugänglich ist. Alle Details der Wohnung sind liebevoll durchdacht und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Ich habe noch nie eine so perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gesehen, sowohl in der Küche als auch im Bad und in den anderen Zimmer, mit PC und Wlan, mit TV in jedem Raum. Es gibt einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand und Strandlaken. Man braucht wirklich nur seine Kleidung und persönliche Dinge mitzubringen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Beste ist die optimale Lage kurz vor der Altstadt von Rethymnon, welche ebenfalls sehr schön ist.

Wonderful stay in Rethymno

The apartment is great, very clean and full equiped. It's located right beside the sea, so we daily went swimming and bathed in the sun. Constantine Zoulakis, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. On our first day he met us at the bus station of Rethymno and, when we had to leave, he picked us up at the apartment to take us there. On top of this he cared for our baggage, because one suitcase wasn't on time at the Heraklion airport. Every week we've got new towels and bed linen and a lady came to clean the apartment.

Saubere, toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Nähe zu Strand und Stadt

Die Ferienwohnung von Constantine ist sehr schön gelegen, toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber gestaltet. Constantine war ein toller Gastegeber. Er hatte alles für uns vorbereitet, uns einige Informationen bzgl. der Umgebung hinterlassen und es gab reichlich saubere Bettwäsche, Handtücher, usw.. Die Lage ist Top. Nur durch eine Straße vom Strand gestrennt. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man in Rethymo-Altstadt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Herzlichen Dank an unseren tollen Gastgeber!!!!
