Very bright apartment and very well located 50m from the sea and the promenade surrounded by restaurants and bathing areas one of them with sun beds and umbrellas. There are Supermarkets Pharmacies, shops of all kinds, gyms, banks, bus and 20m from the shopping center, with shops, cafeterias, cinemas, you can walk everywhere. Perfect area to visit the rest of the island because it is located near the capital and the links to the highways with the north and south of the island. The property has a garage and pool.
