Elegant apartment in a villa near the sea

Marina di Pietrasanta, in Tuscany, is a seaside resort of Versilia, 3 km from Forte dei Marmi and 8 km from Viareggio. The Apuane Alps are a 20-minute drive away. In a very quiet area, called Fiumetto, 200 meters from the sea (second street parallel to the promenade) and 50 meters from the Versiliana Park, we rent an apartment in villa Liberty of the early '900 of 70 square meters consisting of: living room, bathroom , kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each of which has a double bed and a single bed (for a total of 6 beds). The apartment is very cool (ceilings over 4 meters high) so that, although air conditioning is present, it is difficult to use them. The terrace is habitable, equipped with a large table with 6 chairs and a parasol, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Apuan Alps. It has been recently renovated with particular attention to furniture and finishes, which are certainly above average, to maintain a uniform and unique style. Are present in the apartment: a TV with satellite antenna, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, microwave, dishwasher, safe; air conditioning is in all rooms. Electricity consumption is charged at the end of the stay (€ 0.45 / kWh) to be paid in cash upon return of the apartment. Water and gas for kitchen use are free. Bed and bath linen is optional (see Note-Rates). Nearby there are many small grocery stores, electrical and household items and 1 km away are 2 department stores (CONAD and COOP). In Marina di Pietrasanta and throughout the Versilia there is a cycle path and we offer a secure parking to your bikes inside the driveway of the apartment; bike rental is 200 meters away. and the property is fenced. The location is very convenient, totally flat, so the bicycle is the most used means of transport. Bordering the house there is a bar / pastry shop with attached workshop. Crossing the road is the "Versiliana" pinewood which is very popular with joggers, bikes, mothers with prams, owners with dogs, etc. etc. In this pine forest there is a rich playground and on Sundays the market takes place. Inside the pinewood there is the Villa "La Versiliana" (500 meters walk from our apartment), former residence of Gabriele D'Annunzio and now home to Art exhibitions, concerts and shows held in the homonym Theater whose programming is visible in the most important on-line circuits. In the afternoon there are the famous "Encounters at the Caffè della Versiliana" started in the '80s by Romano Battaglia and now continued by his collaborators. At 20 minutes there is Torre del Lago where in summer, for over 60 years, the Festival-Puccini takes place with representations of the Master's Works interpreted by the most important Artists. Nearby there are numerous restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pubs, ice cream parlors and nightclubs. The Airport is in Pisa (44.5 Km), the Railway Station is in Pietrasanta (4 Km), the Bus Stop is 100m away.
