THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN THE FULL CENTER OF CAVALAIRE, IN QUIET: - 2 minutes walk from the shops of Avenue des Allies (mini markets, vegetables, fishmonger, butcher, bakeries, Tarte Tropézienne, pharmacy etc) and the Spar Avenue Pierre & Marie Curie, open all year, and the Pasteur Medical House; - 5 minutes walk from the port, its auction, its bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors, the casino; - 6 minutes walk from the beach. Bonporteau Creek is also within easy walking distance (15 minutes).
The apartment is located in a recent residence of good standing. It has been completely refurbished in June 2017 (appliances and new furniture), for 5 people (ideal for a couple with 2 or 3 children).

THE DISTRICT: Cavalaire is a seaside town that we particularly appreciate, which lives all year long and offers relaxation and swimming in its clear waters (Label "bathing water quality") and many activities for all (seaside resort labeled "Family Plus" ), in a pleasant Provencal atmosphere. Cavalaire is located in a well-protected natural bay with its lovely seaside promenade, port and beautiful sandy beaches sloping gently.

The harbor, its promenade, its many bars, restaurants and glaciers, as well as its fish auction, are 5 minutes walk (daily fish market from 10am). The beach of the center at 6 min by feet (long sandy beach which extends on 3 kms), the cove of Bonporteau to 15 min with feet (possibility of going by shuttle also). The beautiful beaches of Sylvabelle and Gigaro (in the town of Croix-Valmer) are 10-15 minutes by car
TRANSPORTS: 1 private parking space at the foot of the apartment. By car: 8h45 from Paris / 4h45 from Lyon by motorway.
By train: TGV station of Toulon or Saint-Raphaël Shuttles between the Toulon and Saint-Raphaël and Cavalaire stations run every day (Varlib - € 3 each way). The shuttle bus stop to Cavalaire is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
By plane: Toulon / Hyères airport, Varlib shuttle to Cavalaire every day
In summer, the municipality sets up a free bus service connecting the different areas of the city to the beaches (stop 50 meters from the residence).
In addition, three Varlib bus lines connect Cavalaire to neighboring towns, such as Le Rayol, Canadel-sur-Mer, Cavaliere, Bormes-les-Mimosas, Lavandou, Croix-Valmer, Saint-Tropez etc., convenient for visiting without a car !

Three adults were very comfortable in this clean and functional apt. Walking distance to shopping, the port and the lovely beaches.
Chantal was most welcoming and helped our vacation to start on a positive note.
Cavalaire is lovely and we would gladly return.
Highly recommend.
Immeuble et environnement très calmes. Rue commerçante à moins de 200 mètres. Appartement de 60 M2 très propre. Le matériel electro ménager est de très bonne facture. Tous les ustensiles culinaires nécessaires. Recommandons sans réserve. Et la grande terrasse est un atout non négligeable. A bientôt pour un nouveau séjour.

Nous avons avons passé un bon séjour pendant 3 semaines, très bon accueil, appartement très propre, climatisation un gros plus , on y retrouve tout comme chez soit jusqu'à l'essoreuse à salade, c'est très appréciable !
Légères remarques :
- Evacuation difficile au niveau de la douche et de l'évier de la salle de douche.
- Mettre un film occultant sur la fenêtre de la salle de bain car lorsque l'on prend la douche vous voyez les voisins en face sur leur balcon.
- Chaises et canapé pas assez confortables dans la salle à manger et salon.
- les couteaux bout ronds ne coupent pas.
Malgré ces légères remarques, nous avons apprécié votre appartement et le recommandons.

Appartement très bien situé au centre de Cavalaire où il est possible de tout faire à pied, courses, promenades au port ou à la plage
Le logement, conforme au descriptif, est propre, lumineux, fonctionnel, la déco est sobre et de bon goût. Dès notre arrivée nous nous y sommes sentis bien ce qui s'est confirmé tout au long de notre séjour, nous y retournerons !

Logement bien situé parce que centre ville, bien décoré et agencé, propre, grande terrasse, par contre un peu de trop de vis à vis avec les immeubles en face.
Appartement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, très propre, raffiné et très fonctionnel. Echange avec le propriétaire avant l’arrivée très satisfaisant. Nous avons apprécié que le chauffage soit mis avant notre arrivée.
Très bon accueil , efficace , appartement bien équipé , parking difficile d'accès, bien situé pour les commerces , le port, dommage que la vue ne donne pas sur la mer.

Très bel appartement de vacances
Nous avons passé un merveilleux temps ici à Cavalaire.
Bien sûr, ce grand appartement y a aussi contribué. Rien ne manque vraiment.
Vous pouvez laisser votre voiture dans le parking, car la plage, les magasins et les restaurants sont tous à distance de marche.
Chantal et son mari sont deux contacts sympathiques, toujours disponibles et utiles sur place.
Le propriétaire est aussi très gentil et répond très rapidement aux courriels.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet appartement et nous serons heureux de revenir.

appartement agréable idéalement situé
Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances et le fait que l appartement soit agréable, fonctionnel , aménagé avec goût et surtout idéalement situé (proche des commerces ,des spectacles , plages) a contribué à cela.
