Rent independent portion of a villa in the Sabine countryside of 160 square meters, 60 km from Rome and 20 km from Rieti. Swimming pool (10 meters) and free wi-fi. House suitable for families, groups of friends. We accept pets. Nearby there are many attractions and beautiful places to visit such as the mountain terminillo, the turano lake, the Marmore waterfalls etc ... Poggio San Lorenzo dates back to 200 d. c., is a town founded by the Romans and consists of 590 inhabitants. In addition there are two bars, a grocery and four churches. Surrounded by olive trees.

Ecxellent house with some very nice hosts.

Very nice house and a lovely pool. Quiet neighbourhood and a cosy little village with to small bars in walkingdistance. In the village there is also a playground and a footballfield which our children enjoyed using. Perfect settings for a family vacation! We definately hope to come back again next year.

Maison au calme et très bien entretenue par des hôtes très agréables Assez proche de rome (1h) et de quelques jolis sites à visiter Piscine est parfaite au niveau taille et entretenue tous les jours par les propriétaires qui sont adorables Je recommande vivement cette location et remercie kasia et fabio pour notre agréable sejour (août 2018)

W tym roku ja mój mąż dzieci i pies owczarek niemiecki byliśmy w poggio san Lorenz u polsko -włoskiej pary Kasi i Fabio bardzo sympatyczni jak tylko przyjechalismy zaproponowali pizze bardz cieplo nas przyjeli .dom duży przestrzenny kuchnia super wyposażona dwie łazienki komfortowe na ogrodzie duży basen i klatka gdzie można zostawić psa w razie potrzeb gdy np jedziemy do Rzymu i nie możemy wziąć psa że sobą. (Klatka jest duża i komfortowa ) bardzo polecam Bardzo nam się podobało.

Great! Address to remember to discover Rome, staying in nature and feel at home

Many thanks for Fabio and Kasia for their warm welcome. Their house is very comfortable, well equipped, clear and clean. The swimming pool is for private use and perfect with a beautiful view of the mountain. And we ate the best pizza in the world made by Fabio! Great holidays in a wonderful place

We spent 2 fabulous weeks in Fabio's house. The house is very quiet with a wonderful view. The swimming pool is big and very clean and the garden very pleasant with olive trees. We were welcomed very friendly by Fabio and Kasia, who could not have done more to make our stay perfect. Thank you again for the pizzas, the presents in the fridge, the lunch together by the swimming pool and for organizing a very interesting visit at the olive mill! The house is situated one hour maximum from most of the beautiful sites to visit (Roma, Tivoli,...) and it was a pleasure to discover the wonders of Roma and to be able to rest and dive in a fresh swimming pool after the visits. We really enjoyed our holidays and highly recommend this charming place.
