Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 persone per 10 giorni ed altre 5 persone a cena tutte le sere!! Dal 02/07/2024 al 13/07/2024. Il proprietario Guido è stata una persona fantastica, attenta, discreta e disponibile!! La villa è grande e dotata di ogni confort, pale ad aria ed aria condizionata nelle camere, barbeque, doccia esterna, veranda e tavolo gigante esterno...top!! E' sita in una zona sempre ventilata, vicino ad altre ville ma rimane defilata e in una zona tranquillissima. A fianco alla villa un pascolo di pecore con campanelle che tengono compagnia per tutta la vacanza...per chi arriva dalla città un punto a favore!! La posizione della villa permette di raggiungere in 5/10 minuti le piu belle spiagge di costa rei come Monte Turno, cala Pira cala Sinzias e lo Scoglio di Peppino e a 15/20 minuti le spiagge piu belle di Villasimius come Punta Molentis, Timi Ama, Porto Giunco, Porto sa Ruxi. A 3 minuti di auto un supermercato ben fornito, un tabacchi e una pizzeria! Consigliatissima!!!

Relaxen in toller Umgebung

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Man konnte immer einen Platz im Schatten oder an der Sonne finden, der Garten gibt viel her. Und im Haus, mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, das war für uns, 2 Ehepaare, optimal. Na ja, und der Service, die Betreuung von Guido ließ auch keinen Wunsch offen. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern, aber selten war eines so gut ausgestattet, wie La Quercia. Einziger Punkt, der genervt hat - ein kleiner Kläffer in einem Nachbarhaus, der morgens ab der Dämmerung einige Stunden ununterbrochen gebellt hat.

Bellissima vacanza

Casa molto funzionale e super attrezzata, più bella dal vero che in foto. Bellissimo spazio esterno, con doccia calda. Ottima posizione per visitare sia le spiagge di Costa Rei che quelle di Villasimius. Host disponibile e molto gentile. La consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare questa parte della Sardegna.

The location is within a small village and guarantees tranquility and privacy. The house consists of a living area with kitchenette, living room and a small bathroom. Step up the five steps you move to the upper part where there are the two double bedrooms and the bathroom.
From the living room, through a large glass door, you access a terrace entirely covered by a charming wood-framed roof.
The house is entirely surrounded by a garden, on two sides mainly made of lawn. In the courtyard is also a shower with hot water and at the feet of the oak, a small playground for smaller guests.
