This timeshare unit is available for week 24 each year-Saturday-Saturday ONLY. Timeshare unit is located on N. Atlantic Blvd, steps from the beautiful sandy beaches of Ft. Lauderdale. This small resort is nestled between the Ritz Carlton and Merriweather Resorts and is walking distance to a surplus of shops, restaurants and nightlife. This is a one bedroom unit, sleeping 4/6, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, and a sleeper sofa in living area. Enjoy sitting by the pool, on the sundeck, or playing a game of shuffleboard. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have owned the timeshare since 1997. We have stayed at the resort many times over the years. We last vacationed here in 2018. Some photos provided are from our vacations.

Why they chose this property

This resort is very small, but comfortable. It is a two-story building, with our unit on the 1st floor. During the weekdays, it almost feels like you are the only guests around. This resort is in a great location and is a one minute walk to Beach Place, which has many restaurant, bars, and shops. It is walking distance to many other shops, restaurants and nightlife.
