A Little Gem On Time For Your Next Getaway!!!

PLEASE SEND A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION BEFORE FILING A BOOKING REQUEST (otherwise the booking request will be systematically declined). Intent is to ensure there is good match between what the owners have and what your needs are.

The building is directly on the beach and the condo is located on the 11th floor. It is a magnificent and spotless renovated condo, including a stunning freshly renovated porcelain floor, granite kitchen counters, brand new appliances, a new mattress, a plasma TV, new furniture, a gorgeous balcony with a very special view directly on the beautiful city of Miami and the Inter coastal.
This includes:
-access to 2 very charming swimming pool, with a bar which provide drinks and appetizers.
-access to the BEACH, spa, gym, restaurant, yoga classes and much more!!
-24 hours valet service available
- Free chairs, tables and umbrella at the pool

Please note that in addition to the daily rate, there is :
- a cleaning fee to be paid cash or Zelle upon departure of $170.
- a magnetic pass (FOB) fee of $30 per 2 persons (allows you to move around in the complex) and a parking fee if you need parking ($75/wk , $100 for 2 weeks, $125 for 3 and $150 for the month). FOB and parking are to be paid by credit card.

Teens over 13 are considered adults for the purpose of this property. Additional adults (over 2) are subject to an additional fee (please validate with the owner)

Another Wonderful Stay!

Endroit fantastique et hôte exceptionnel

Super condo, agréable et on s'y sent bien. Propreté impeccable. Communication très efficace et Max prend vraiment soin de ses visiteurs par des attentions exceptionnelles. Document d'information très clair. Check in aisé et fait en 2 min. Les employés sont courtois et sympathiques. Je recommande chaudement! On retournera! ;)

Max was so easy to work with ! The condo is perfect just like it’s says ! All staff that we encountered where spectacular! Check in was easy! I loved the fact that Max checked on us ! I have never had any owners that we have rented from so that!!! He is wonderful ! Recommend this with 10 stars if I could !!!

Wonderful host!

This was our first experience with this condominium. The host/owner was very detailed with the expectations before we booked and continued to be extremley accommodationing and helpful throughout the week. He allowed us to check in early and stay late. Great communication The condo unit was very clean with everything needed to eat, sleep, clean and play. My daughter and her friend slept on the sofabed and said it was very comfortable. There was only 2 beach towels and 4 of us so would recommend bringing extra. The condo complex is clean and well maintained with a nice pool (no hot tub) and direct beach access. Inside the complex is a bit dated but still nice. There is decent exercise room. Our ONLY complaint would be the miscellaneous fees and strict policies. Warnings posted about $100 fines with breaking them. The check in process was long and rigid and the registration staff was not very friendly. There are wristbands that have to be worn and security will check them. There is also a $30 non refundable key fob that you have to pay for every 2 people. The host does explain all of this prior to booking which was helpful! We understand the reasons behind the fees and policies for safety, etc...but it made it feel a little sub class. We were there during spring break (Easter, Passover) so it was very busy. I would not allow our teenage girls to wander around alone. Overall we enjoyed our week and loved the condo unit and the host/owner was amazing!

What makes this property unique

- the property is directly on the beach... no streets to cross to go to the ocean...
- secure... a security guard will check your ID when you come in for the first time. you need a special key to go in and out from the building and in addition when you are at the pool, guests are controled so you dont have people coming from the beach and sneaking into the pool and getting to your personal belongings.
- renovated and well decorated
- all guests enjoyed it a lot so far
