Villa formerly restored on a hill overlooking Lake Garda, 4 km from Desenzano and overlooking the lake and the Lonato Fortress. Small vineyard and large private garden surrounded by plant streams with access from a cypress avenue. 3 bedrooms including 2 double beds, living room with fireplace, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 storeys. Unique location, quiet but one kilometer from the town center of the historic town of Lonato. Supermarket and all the services very close. Possibility to practice various sports, from MTB to trekking, summer bathing in the summer, sailing and canoeing. Go Kart, tennis courts and swimming pools nearby

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben uns in dem Steinhaus mit großem Grundstück von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auch während unseres Urlaubs war bei Anfragen sofort jemand zur Stelle. Das Haus war sauber und durch das Segel über der Terrasse und den überdachten Vorbereich haben wir auch immer ein Schattenplätzchen gefunden. In 10 Minuten war man mit dem Auto in Desenzano und nur max. 5 Autominuten entfernt gibt es einen Famila, Cafés und eine Apotheke. Unsere 2 Hunde haben sich dort auch sehr wohlgefühlt und wir kommen gerne wieder. Lieben Dank für alles Tanti saluti Michael & Yvonne

6 Nächte mit 6 Leuten, sehr großes Anwesen. Angenehme Lage, Haus befindet sich im Feld und ist trotzdem direkt an der Stadt und nah am See. Nachts hört man die Musik vom Club, haben wir aber nicht als störend empfunden.

Ferienhaus mit viel Platz

Großes, geräumiges Ferienhaus. Etwas abgelegen, aber von dort mit dem PKW alles gut zu erreichen. Großer Garten, aber leider kaum Schattenmöglichkeiten. Ein Sonnenschirm für Terrasse oder Balkon wäre schön gewesen. Ansonsten 2 Discotheken von dort aus fußläufig zu erreichen. (Für jüngere evtl interessant). Leider aber in der Nacht auch zuhören, wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte

Schönes Haus mit einem tollen großen Grundstück

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist nicht luxuriös und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund ideal.

Maison dans les vignes

Maison conforme à la description. Propriétaires,vus le jour de notre départ,charmants et disponibles ,au téléphone. Seul bémol à cette location ,qui pourrait être paradisiaque de par sa localisation,est la proximité d'une discothèque qui bat son plein pratiquement la moitié de la semaine,jusque tard dans la nuit. L'autoroute également, à 2km, s'entend depuis la maison,car il y a beaucoup de circulation, tôt le matin....quand la discothèque ferme... Vraiment dommage.

Kurztrip Gardasee - Lonato

Es war ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Für unsere Hunde war die Gegend top geeignet. Sehr schnell am Gardasee gewesen und die Gegend lud zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Kurze Wege zum Shoppen . Das Haus war sehr schön und großzügig eingerichtet, es hat alles gepasst.

La casa es muy espaciosa y acogedora, con una amplia cocina salón y sala con chimenea. Es muy completa con todo lo necesario. Está fuera del pueblo de Lonato con unas vistas magníficas. Recomendable 100%. Gracias Sasha.

Der Aufenthalt gefiel uns sehr gut.

Das Haus mit der Ausstattung, Lage und Umgebung gefiel uns sehr gut. Wir können dieses Haus empfehlen. Anreise, Schlüssel Übergabe und Abreise waren unkompliziert. Von Lonato del Garden aus kann man dentweder Süden vom Gardasee sehr gut erkunden. Das Grundstück ist für Familie mit Hund geeignet.
