It is a 2 bedroom apartment with a large capacity of up to 6-7 people, and very well located next to the beach and with partial sea views, with a pool and very well equipped and complete.
It consists of 2 large rooms. The main room with a double bed and the other room consists of a trundle bed for 2 and a sofa bed for another 2 people. Both are large with closets, ceiling fan and exit to a balcony into the community area. Both rooms have access to a balcony with partial sea views.
The dining room has been renovated in 2015, parquet floor, ceiling fan, new sofa, etc. It has access to a balcony with partial sea views, it is fantastic to have breakfast, lunch, dinner or just watch TV listening and watching the sea in the background.
It has a very modern kitchen and a very large and complete new bathroom. Everything is very neat, complete and equipped (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, etc.).
Pool and playground
It consists of 2 large rooms. The main room with a double bed and the other room consists of a trundle bed for 2 and a sofa bed for another 2 people. Both are large with closets, ceiling fan and exit to a balcony into the community area. Both rooms have access to a balcony with partial sea views.
