Charming, comfortable base for exploring

A delightful few days courtesy of Mme Fraboulet, who gave us everything we’d need and provided a clean and comfortable place to stay. The apartment is airy, spacious and carefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you could need. We loved it and look forward to our return.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was beautifully and tastefully appointed with quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. It was very well equipped with everything needed for cooking and serving. It was situated in a small street which though busy during the day was quiet at night. The proprietor was very pleasant and keen for us to enjoy our stay. The daily market was 5 minutes walk and the nearest beach was about 15. There was free parking 1 minute's walk. The WiFi was patchy, but as we weren't working It wasn't a problem. It was a lovely apartment and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great accommodation for a great location

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment on Île de Ré, which exceeded our expectations in terms of space and amenities. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. We would definitely return in the future. The only small drawback was the mattress on the double bed, which was a bit firm for our taste as Brits who are used to softer beds. However, this minor detail wouldn't deter us from staying here again. The host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Die Wohnung hat eine zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage. Es fehlt an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Große, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die beiden großen Essbereiche lassen bei geöffnetem Fenster eine Terrasse in keinsterweise vermissen, der Blick ist wunderschön über die Dächer von Le Bois en Plage. Die Küche ist groß, sämtliche Küchenausstattung ist vorhanden. In den beiden schönen Bädern sind insgesamt zwei Duschen und eine Badewanne, drei Waschbecken, große Badschränke und genügend Handtuchhalter. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr bequem und bietet Platz für die ganze Familie.Selbst bei heißen Temperaturen war die Wohnung angenehm temperiert.Im Eingangsbereich im Erdgeschoss ist ein großer Raum, in dem problemlos 4 Fahrräder, Fahrradträger oder sonstige sperrige Gegenstände untergebracht werden können.Für Kleinkinder/Babys oder Senioren sind zahlreiche Ausstattungsgegenstände vorhanden.Mme Fraboulet ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gibt jederzeit Auskunft, auch bereits vor der Anreise.Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, sowohl um zu Fuß den riesigen, täglich stattfindenen Markt zu besuchen, Bäckerei/Metzgerei/Supermarkt sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, als auch um Radtouren auf der Insel zu unternehmen.Ein Parkplatz für das Auto war problemlos in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung zu finden und nach ca. 100m war man bereits auf der D201, um den Ort zu verlassen.Trotz der zentralen Lage war die Wohnung sehr ruhig, die Fenster konnten Tag und Nacht geöffnet bleiben.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage, alles prima

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung bot eine tolle Ausstattung, viel Platz und eine schöne Aussicht. Alles war sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Lage zum Markt, zum Einkaufen sowie zum Strand war gut und alles war prima zu erreichen. Wir hatten dort eine schöne Zeit und auch die Wohnungsübergabe bei Abreise war unkompliziert und herzlich. Gern einmal wieder.

Un séjour de rêve

Rien à dire sur notre séjour au Bois Plage de Ré. Hôte accueillante et bien veillante Mme Fraboulet. Une maison propre et fonctionnelle. Au plein centre et proche plage. Le marché qui est à côté, est riche en produits régionaux et articles artisanaux. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’endroit. Nous encourageons vivement notre entourage et nos amis à y aller. Clean and spacious home

The house is very clean with large heated rooms, and an indoor bike parking/storage in the first floor. All the rooms are upstairs. I enjoyed the firm queen-mattress. The house is centrally located in Le Bois-plage-en-Ré. Mrs Josette was extremely kind and helpful during our stay. We were so happy spending most of our days outdoors riding our bikes from village to village and eating out that we didn't have a chance to miss not having internet. We would love to come back to Île de Ré and stay there again. Next time we'll make sure to arrive to La Rochelle on a weekday and early enough to catch the bus which is very affordable, 3 Euros, instead of paying 80 Euros for a taxi ride (unfortunately some people take full advantage of tourists). Thank you kindly for your wonderful help.

Excellente adresse

Excellente adresse très bien située dans Bois-plage , marché à deux pas et plage très proche surtout en vélo.. Logement très beau et très pratique avec espace pour les vélos ds l’entrée. Super equipé , tout est présent. Notre hôte nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et on la remercie pour sa sympathie. Tout est conforme aux photos du site avec en plus l’espace pour les vélos ce qui ici est primordial !!

Logement propre et spacieux

Nous venons de séjourner 1 semaine dans cet appartement propre et spacieux. Il est en plein cœur de Bois plage et central sur l'île. Il y a possibilité de se garer au pied du logement pour décharger ou charger la voiture, ce qui est très pratique. Pour le stationnement, nous avons toujours trouvé de la place sur un petit parking juste à côté. Il n'y a pas de balcon mais les fenêtres de la pièce de vie donnent sur le joli jardin de la propriétaire. Celle-ci est fiable et très aimable.

Excellent Séjour

Appartement spacieux, très confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par la propriétaire qui réside à proximité. Tout est prévu pour passer un excellent séjour sur l'île avec notamment une pièce d'accueil pour ranger les vélos. L'appartement est central avec l'accès des commerces et du marché quotidien à deux pas.

Superbe appartement

Très beau appartement superbement décoré et soigné. On se sent très vite comme chez soi, beaucoup d'espace, bien fourni en vaisselle et autre... Proche des commerces, plages et marché on peut y aller à pied. Superbes ballades à vélo pour parcourir cette magnifique île. La propriétaire est très sympathique et attentionnée. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine.
