Townhouse with Stunning Bay and Mountain Views
This Luxury Townhouse sleeping 6 people is in a stunning & beautiful area of South-East Crete in Makrygialos. Lagada Resort is ideal for families and couples as everything you need is on site or very close by. 50 meters away on site is a tasteful bistro/bar where you can relax in shade or sun. The large quiet beach is 300 meters from the resort.
The upper floor of this delightful Townhouse provides a large open plan living area with spacious kitchen, dining area and lounge with ample comfortable seating alongside the large flatscreen smart TV.
Stairs lead down to our two bedrooms. A twin room with plentiful wardrobe space and en-suite including walk-in shower. The master bedroom (also with en-suite & walk-in shower) has a door leading out to the small and private garden area where we often sit in the mornings. The garden leads to 1 of the 2 large shared pools, and children's pool.

Why they chose this property
We bought our first apartment on Lagada Resort in 2009 and we are so pleased to have been able to also purchase this lovely townhouse in 2017.
What makes this property unique
This area has its own micro-climate, being exceptionally warm and sunny. The location is situated in unspoilt south east Crete, offering idyllic and safe beaches as well as a large variety of culinary experiences.
