Independent villa, surrounded by greenery, with splendid sea view on the Gulf of Porto Rotondo. Built in perfect Costa Smeralda style, it has a fully glazed lounge that allows you to admire the beauties of Sardinia in absolute privacy.
The beds are distributed in a well-furnished double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed and an additional bed.
The kitchen is functional to all needs including a dishwasher. The villa is air conditioned and offers an internal garden, including a barbecue, with a fantastic covered veranda defined by the historic owner "Freschiera" precisely because of the sensation of freshness and relaxation it conveys.
It is located a stone's throw from the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia and from all services: airport, port, supermarket and shopping centers.

Traumhaft schön, tolle Lage, sauber und gepflegt, großartiger Vermieter

Villa Lara liegt idyllisch auf einem Hügel und bietet auf der einen Seite den weiten Blick aufs Meer und zur anderen Seite hin auf die herrlichen Felsen. Man erreicht die umliegenden Strände und Buchten innerhalb 15 Minuten und hat genügend Auswahl, ob man sich eine ruhige Bucht oder einen volleren Strand sucht, einen felsigen Platz zum Schnorcheln oder weichen Sand zum Genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sowohl im Supermarkt ( ein paar Minuten zu Fuß Richtung Straße runter ) als auch innerhalb 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Durch die Fensterfront ist es durchgehend hell und freundlich, durch die Klimaanlage nie zu heiß sondern angenehm. Der Garten bietet sowohl sonnige, als auch schattige Plätze, so dass man es sich zu jeder Tages- und Abendzeit dort gemütlich machen kann. Zur Überraschung stand bei unserer Ankunft ein Pool im Garten, worüber wir natürlich unheimlich erfreut waren. Vermieter Luca ist überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend, herzlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man ihn braucht. Dein dickes Dankeschön an Luca für den rundum schönen Urlaub!

Grandiose Aussicht

Dieses Apartment, glänzt mit seiner idealen Lage auf einem Hügel, mit einem tollen Panoramablick über eine schöne Bucht. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt am Fuße des Hügels fußläufig erreichbar. Die Strände der Costa Smeralda sind ab 10 Min Autofahrt erreichbar. Die nächsten Strände sind Playa de Ira oder Spiaggia di Marinella. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Terasse ist sehr schön, es gibt immer Sonne und Schatten. Je nachdem was man bevorzugt. Der Vermieter Luca ist super freundlich, immer erreichbar und reagiert sofort bei Problemen. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung.

Well equipped property. Owner was more than helpful, especially when we arrived a day late and he met us personally. Great views across to the coastline a short distance away through panoramic windows. Restaurants close, but recommend having a car to reach them. Supermarket at end of road was very handy. Evenings spent outside every day. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à la Villa Lara. La villa est très agréable, spacieuse, la vue est splendide. Dans le jardin il y a un figuier qui a régalé les enfants chaque matin et la terrasse avec barbecue nous a permis de prendre régulièrement les repas dehors. La villa est à 8 minutes en voiture des plages turquoises de Sardaigne. De plus un petit supermarché se trouve à 300 mètres ce qui est très pratique. Notre hôte Luca est accueillant et bienveillant et d'une gentillesse incomparable. Bref un petit coin de paradis!!! Une adresse formidable pour des vacances de rêves.

Great place, very well located - super host

We loved the place! The house is very well located on the hill above the bay of Portorotondo. You can reach the nicest beaches of Costa Smeralda within 10-15 min drive. Also Olbia with the big supermarkets is close. For small grocery shopping there is a shop down the road (300m). The historic house is very nice renovated and has everything you need for a restful stay. The BBQ place and veranda are super for nice evenings. We loved the view over the bay. Luca is a super host and very responsive. We definitely want to come back!

We (2 adults and 2 children) had a great time in Luca's villa which was too nice with us. It is rare to find such an attentive and welcoming guest. The villa was perfect: air-conditioned, spacious, bright, functional with a beautiful outdoor area. The location is also perfect with quick access to various beaches and shops. It has a very pleasant stay (bed linen, towels, oven, fridge, washing machine ...) Thanks again to Luca for his hospitality.
