Located in a quiet residential road it offers tranquility while being conveniently placed for easy access (5 min) to Marina Botafoch, Talamanca Bay and the historic old town of Ibiza (10 min). Also very close to the wild S ’Estanyol beach.
The cool interiors were designed to meet the practical needs of modern life while using the most noble materials to soothe the senses: concrete floors, bathroom made with natural stones, etc.
