This magnificent country house has all the comforts and is decorated to the smallest detail to enjoy an unforgettable stay. Inside, there is a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom with full bath, two bedrooms with two beds each and a full bathroom. Outside, it has a large garden with a nice fully equipped barbecue area where you can enjoy the meals outdoors. You can also enjoy a splendid swimming pool.
The natural environment has a great botanical and ecological interest, predominating pine and juniper pine, although there are many other plant and animal species. The farm, which respects the native flora. On the side of the house there is a parking area.
The house is distributed in 2 double rooms, 1 double room, 1 extra bed, 2 complete bathrooms, 1 kitchenette, 100 m2 of surface. The house is fully equipped with fireplace, TV, cable / satellite TV, internet / wifi, heating, fan, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, coffee machine.
In the outdoor area there is a private pool, barbecue, terrace, garden furniture, parking, individual garden of 500 m2, 20 m2 terrace.
It is located in the Pinar de Roche, just 1.500 m (5 minutes by car) from the beaches, Calas, cliffs, fishing port, and 4 km from Conil. The house is located 5 minutes walk from a supermarket, a pizzeria and a restaurant.

Great holiday home

This was our second trip to these fantastic holiday homes. The villa is clean and beautifully furnished. The garden and pool are lovely. They are well positioned for easy access to the Old Town of Conil and local supermarkets. The lovely cove beaches of Cabo Roche are a short drive away. All this makes for a perfect holiday. We will be back.

Very nice house

Very nice house and great service of the owner! In this area a car is recommended. A vacation in the summer could be hot, as there is no airco. We had a great holiday.

Casa rural tranquila en buena ubicación, cerca de las calas y próxima a Conil de la Frontera en la que se encuentran servicios como supermercados y algunos restaurantes. La casa está bien cuidada, el exterior está muy bien, destacando la zona de la barbacoa y piscina. El único problema es que no tiene aire acondicionado, los primeros quince días tuvimos una ola de calor importante y la verdad es que pasamos muchísimo calor en la casa, si tuviera aire acondicionado sería una casa de 5 estrellas. Carmen la propietaria es encantadora y nos ayudó mucho desde el inicio, un 10 para ella.

Mooi en goed ingericht huis met tuintje en groot zwembad. Het huis ligt in een prive-verkaveling op een groot domein met nog 4 andere huizen. Er is echter heel veel privacy en elk huis is apart omheind. Tuin is ook goed onderhouden, voldoende ligzetels. Ook binnen alles aanwezig. Wel geen airco en een auto is zeker nodig.

Nous avons passé 8 jours de pur bonheur chez Carmen et Dani. La maison est parfaite avec toutes les commodités. Aux alentours de magnifiques promenades et l océan à seulement minutes à pied. La région est magnifique et nous ne pouvons que vous recommander la maison de Carmen et Dani qui ont été d'une extrême gentillesse, à l écoute et très disponibles. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

Das Objekt entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Sehr gute ausgestattete offene, große Küche. Die Betten waren bequem und komfortabel. Jedes Zimmer ist mit Mückenschutz ausgestattet. Für kalte Abende stehen Elektroheizkörper zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und die Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt funktioniert. Das Haus kann ich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Great stay in this beautiful countryhouse in Conil de la Frontera

We stayed for one week in this countryhouse. It is extremely beautiful, with a lot of style, fully and modernly equipped. It has a lovely, spacious garden and a beautiful swimming pool. You have full privacy and feel like having your own little hacienda... The house is also very well located, only 5 minutes away from the different beaches of Conil (which are extremely beautiful) and 5 minutes from the village center (by car) - a car is absolutely necessary, as the house is somewhat outside of the village, in the countryside. We had a perfect stay and would fully recommend this house to everyone, particullarly also to families with kids.

Beautiful villa, lovely countryside, very quiet & peaceful.

Stayed for 10 days in this lovely new villa. The decor throughout is very tasteful and the pool and garden areas are very well equipped. The beds are comfortable with very good pillows. Bathrooms are beautifully fitted. One or two little suggestions to make it totally perfect would be the provision of an information booklet in various languages to let you know for example local restaurants, beaches, where the bins should be emptied, when/if the towels will be changed as we didn’t have any linen change in 10 days, when the pool guy & gardener comes as the gate has to be left open. Also in the kitchen there could be bin liners, washing up liquid and a scrubber for dishes. These little basics would make the stay perfect.
