At the heart of the pine forest, breathtaking view of the pond, entire apartment in typical Provencal farmhouse, game of ball, hill walks by mountain bike or horse. The beaches are less than 10 minutes, nautical base and motor sports.
You have a private terrace with a summer kitchen under the pines, two bedrooms, including a master suite, a large family bathroom bath and shower, a dining room American kitchen.
Ideal family with 3 children, or two couples with a young child each.
The pool is exclusive un-shared!
For the comfort of everyone, the cottage is non-smoking and does not accept pets.
Deposit by check requested. Insurance "extension resort recommended" (free on your home insurance)
Cleaning fees are optional 100 € (notify in advance)
Bed linen and towels are available for 10 € / person
