Authentic Portuguese house completely refurbished

Very nice house completely renovated in 2016, fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine ...). The 2 bedrooms have double beds with dressers. The living room sofa is new and convertible, it can easily accommodate a child.
The house is insulated and fitted with double glazing. An antenna can receive French TV (TNT).
The south / southwest exposure allows you to fully enjoy the sunny summers while being completely calm!
The garden of over 200mÂČ allows the child to play and enjoy a magnificent view over the valley.

Braga is 10 minutes by car with all amenities (5th city in Portugal).
The Prado river is 2km away and the beach 30min.
The GerĂȘs mountains are 35km away, Ponte de Lima 20mins and Porto 50mins.

We had a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed the spacious garden and outdoor space. The house was clean, well equipped, and the hosts were very friendly. They made sure to regularly check that everything was going well, offered us fresh eggs, and even took the time to mail us a polaroid which we had forgotten at their place.

House was difficult to find and the host lives in France. When we found the house it was well appointed but had no wifi which we had to purchase separately. Well situated for touring the area where it is very cheap to eat and drink.

The house is cozy and comfortable and the view from the patio is fantastic. It is very quiet except for the clucking of chickens in neighboring gardens. Gaetan is a great host and is very responsive to questions and requests. The house is well located to visit northern Portugal. We had a very good time there.

TrÚs bonne Communication, trÚs reactif sur place quand on à une question ou un problÚme et trÚs gentille ! La maison est toute mignonne et à tout ce qui faut, la 2Úme chambre est un peu petite mais on y fait que dormir donc pas grave ! C'est une petite maison trÚs entourées de maison, la dame qui vie en face avec son chat est trés gentille ! Dans les moments de grosse chaleurs il est difficile de rafraßchir la maison malgré les 2 ventilateurs, on peu essayer de dormir dehors mais prevoyer les produits a moustique ils sont affamés !

Das Haus liegt ruhig abseits aller Touristen. Die Ausstattung war funktional, Terrasse und kleiner Garten mit schöner Aussicht. Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man den Norden Portugals inkl. Meer, Nationalpark und hĂŒbscher StĂ€dte wie Porto, Ponte de Lima, Braga besuchen möchte.Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, da wir weder Portugiesisch noch Französisch sprechen, es hat aber im Endeffekt alles problemlos geklappt. Wir wĂŒrden definitiv wiederkommen.

Superbe sĂ©jour dans cette petite maison trĂšs sympathique, avec son charme et cette vue du jardin !! TrĂšs bien meubler il ne manque rien Ă  ce petit cocon. TrĂšs agrĂ©able pour passer un sĂ©jour au Portugal dans ce beau village qui est Laje proche de toutes les commoditĂ© ( en moyenne 10min ) seul petit bĂ©mol l’endroit pour garer la voiture trĂšs compliquer. Mais cela ne nous a pas empĂȘcher de passer un agrĂ©able moment. Et encore merci au propriĂ©taire pour ça disponibilitĂ© par tĂ©lĂ©phone. Je vous conseil vraiment ce logement :)

Einfach, aber gemĂŒtlich

Das Haus hat den Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Dusche ist sehr einfach gehalten, aber funktionsfĂ€hig. Ein paar Dinge könnten erneuert werden. Der Grill ist nicht gerade der beste. Vorschlag: einen kleinen Gasgrill besorgen. Der Sonnenschirm und der StĂ€nder sollte erneuert werden. Er ist kurz vorm umkippen. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und abends geht die Temperatur deutlich herunter. Zum schlafen ideal. Sehr ungewöhnlich war fĂŒr uns,dass wir uns selbst um Internet kĂŒmmern mussten und fur das GerĂ€t eine Sim Karte kaufen mussten. Diese hat jedoch fĂŒr 14 Tage funktioniert, obwohl sie nur fĂŒr 10 Tage angegeben war.

Que ce soit nos contacts avec GaĂ«tan ou sa maman pour notre accueil, ou son papa pour nous aider sur nos problĂšmes de "tĂ©lĂ©pĂ©age", tous ont Ă©tĂ© Ă  notre service et nous guider pour toutes nos questions, merci. Les photos de la maison et la description, sont conformes Ă  l'annonce. Nous avons passĂ© une bonne semaine dans une rĂ©gion que nous ne connaissions pas, certes il faut toujours prendre la voiture, mais cela nous a permis de visiter diffĂ©rents lieu, et en plus le 23, c'Ă©tait fĂȘte de la Saint Jean Ă  Porto :) La maison est suffisante pour 3 ou 4 personnes, avec 1 petite salle de bains, les toilettes auraient Ă©tĂ© sĂ©parĂ©s, cela aurait Ă©tĂ© un plus, mais on s'adapte. pour garer la voiture, il faut un peu de dextĂ©ritĂ©, mais ça passe. Sinon tout s'est bien passĂ©, et si il fallait refaire le mĂȘme sĂ©jour, oui pourquoi pas. encore merci Ă  GaĂ«tan et Ă  sa famille pour sa disponibilitĂ©
