Villa overlooking the harbor facing the Islands

Sublime viewpoint over the harbor of Marseille, facing the Frioul islands and the Chateau d'If, 5 minutes from L'Estaque. Many terraces where to laze, read, chat, drink an aperitif in the shade or in the sun depending on the time. Have breakfast watching the boats coming out from the Estaque side for the open sea and those returning home in the evening. A restful calm accompanied by the song of the cicadas. Trees to hang hammocks from flowers for fun. A cool well ventilated house with all the usual modern conveniences, a piano (tuned), wifi ... A bright living room and four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fitted kitchen. Access is via a small path and the steps to the terraces suggest that it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility as well as very young children. Close to motorway entrances, 10 minutes from Marseille city center, it is a perfect base for visiting Marseille and its creeks, Aix en Provence and the hinterland.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Sehr schönes, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus. (wir waren zu sechst: 4 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager). Familienhaus des Eigentümers (sehr nett und aufmerksam), daher sehr einladend und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns in die vielen malerischen Terrassen (sonnig oder schattig, je nach Wunsch) mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den Hafen, die Stadt, das Meer, die Hügel verliebt... Der Zugang zum Haus ist nur zu Fuß über einen kleinen Pfad von ca. 250m möglich. Daher unsere Empfehlung, Koffer mit Rädern oder Rucksäcke zu benutzen. Aber das Haus ist es wert. Wir werden unseren Aufenthalt in Marseille in bester Erinnerung behalten. Très belle maison spacieuse et bien équipée (6 personnes: 4 adultes, 2 ados). Domicile familiale du propriétaire (d’ailleurs très sympa et attentionné), la maison est très accueillante et on y trouve tout ce qu’il faut. On a eu le coup de cœur pour les nombreuses terrasses pittoresques (ensoleillées ou ombragées au choix) avec une vue magnifique sur le port, la ville, la mer, les collines… L’accès à la maison se fait uniquement à pied par un petit chemin de 250m environ. D’où notre recommandation d’opter pour des bagages à roulettes et des sacs à dos. Mais la maison en vaut largement le coup. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à Marseille.

Superbe !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dont on gardera un super souvenir. La maison a une vue sur tout Marseille et plusieurs petites terrasses très agréables où nous avons adoré lézarder et discuter après nos journées de baignade et de découverte des environs. Éric et Dominique ont été très disponibles et soucieux de notre bien-être pendant tout le séjour. On recommande vivement !
