A spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a first bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub and a second bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning. The whole floor has central heating.



On the first floor there is a fourth bedroom with double bed, terrace and air conditioning and a fifth bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. On the same floor there is 1 complete bathroom with bath and shower shared by both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a shared terrace.



The villa has a separate room on the ground floor with a large living room with sofa, a double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.

The entrance to the villa has an electric gate for vehicles and a pedestrian gate. You will find a large parking area for several vehicles and the main entrance to the house.

The villa Ifach has a beautiful garden with plenty of space and several terraces where you can enjoy the most outdoors, a nice barbecue area with dining table, and summer kitchen where you can make the most of your stay in the villa. The private pool is 8/5 and has a sunbeds area for sunbathing, a courtesy toilet so you don't have to enter the house if you are in the pool area and a room with the washing machine.
