Its spacious rooms, the mixture of modernist and vintage decoration and the wide yard are idyllic for making the most of your holidays. In addition, the bay is just a few steps away !

Description:
The large windows endow the house with a great brightness and the excellent views of the bay will invite you to relax in the yard, where you will have the pleasure of watching unforgettable sunsets. Moreover, the house consists of two spacious living-rooms that are perfect for gathering with family and friends. Regarding personal space, every bedroom has a double bed and great storage capacity; what is more, the fact that all bedrooms are attached to a bathroom gives a sense of privacy.

About the neighbourhood:
Cala Blava is a quiet residential area located in Llucmajor and it is only 20 minutes away from Palma. It is striking for its cliff: at the top one can catch a glimpse of the sea views whereas in the base one would get the chance of sunbathing and swimming in the bay. The cove is very easy to find and one could get there simply by walking. Indeed, it is far from crowded since it is usually visited by people who live in the neighbourhood.

Wir haben Familienferien (3Generationen) verbracht. Das Haus war dafür ideal. Viel Platz, alles ist sehr grosszügig, ebenfalls der Aussenbereich mit Pool. Die Lage ist sehr schön, die Aussicht herrlich. Ein Fahrzeug sollte man aber unbedingt haben.

Sehr schönes Haus mit atemberaubendem Meerblick

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne 2 Wochen mit Familie und Freunden in diesem Haus - abends konnte man sensationelle Sonnenuntergänge im Meer erleben - der Pool ist nicht beheizt- dennoch konnten wir in nutzen- die Ausstattung ist hochwertig- allerdings ist das Haus sehr hellhörig - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe leider nicht

Tolle Betreuung durch Eigentümer

Wir waren überrascht, dass es Willkommenspräsente gab wie Wein, Bier, Knabbergebäck etc. Außerdem war das Toilettenpapier zur Genüge vorhanden und auch Bade- und Handtücher. Es ist eine Markise gleich bei unserer Ankunft kaputt gegangen. Die Eigentümer haben sich umgehend um das Problem gekümmert und gelöst. Es war sehr toll, wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Dieses Haus kann ich zu 100 % weiter empfehlen!
