Large holiday home of about 160 m2, all comfort, located on a closed garden of 450 m2 in edge of park, in the market town of Carnac, with 500 m of the church in a calm quarter.
Les Alignements du Ménec is less than 500 m away, the sea and beaches are 2 km away. Numerous walks and cycling nearby.
On the ground floor there is a veranda overlooking dining room and kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 washbasin, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
On the floor 3 large bedrooms with beds of 140cm (+ 1 bed of 90 cm), and 1 bathroom.
In the basement 1 garage and 1 buanderie giving access to the garden.
The house can be rented all year round and can be rented weekends off season.

Bel endroit tranquille

Nous avons loué cette maison pour passer une semaine avec 4 petits enfants. La maison est spacieuse et le jardin agréable et grand. Située à 8 mn du tennis club de Carnac et des plages en voiture. Un seul regret : que l’annonce ne mentionne pas que les draps ne sont pas fournis (a louer sur place )et qu’il faille faire les lits en arrivant
