Large holiday home of about 160 m2, all comfort, located on a closed garden of 450 m2 in edge of park, in the market town of Carnac, with 500 m of the church in a calm quarter.
Les Alignements du MĂ©nec is less than 500 m away, the sea and beaches are 2 km away. Numerous walks and cycling nearby.
On the ground floor there is a veranda overlooking dining room and kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 washbasin, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
On the floor 3 large bedrooms with beds of 140cm (+ 1 bed of 90 cm), and 1 bathroom.
In the basement 1 garage and 1 buanderie giving access to the garden.
The house can be rented all year round and can be rented weekends off season.

A spacious house with plenty of room for 11. We loved the dining arrangements and the conservatory. Large bedrooms were ideal and we were within walking distance of the beach, town and the alignements

Bel endroit tranquille

Nous avons louĂ© cette maison pour passer une semaine avec 4 petits enfants. La maison est spacieuse et le jardin agrĂ©able et grand. SituĂ©e Ă  8 mn du tennis club de Carnac et des plages en voiture. Un seul regret : que l’annonce ne mentionne pas que les draps ne sont pas fournis (a louer sur place )et qu’il faille faire les lits en arrivant

Emplacement privilégié prÚs du bourg de Carnac et excellente communication avec le propriétaire

Maison conforme au descriptif. Elle est agréable pour 10 personne tout en étant vraiment défraßchie et jardin peu entretenu. L'accÚs au jardin non direct fait qu'il est peu utilisable. Le ménage n'était pas fait correctement par les locataires précédents et le prestataire pour l'accueil n'a pas le temps de corriger avant notre arrivée. Je suggÚre de rendre obligatoire la prestation de ménage de maniÚre à garantir la propreté à l'arrivée.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Carnac. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin malgré la difficulté d'y avoir accÚs : obliger d'emprunter le sous-sol ou bien de faire le tour. Malgré cela la maison était agréable et bien située.

Cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e. Salles de bains Ă©quipĂ©es mĂȘme si un peu Ă©troite. Belle maison trÚs proche du centre de Carnac. Grandes chambres, grand jardin. Seule difficulté : l'accÚs au jardin depuis la cuisine. Il faut passer par le sous sol ou faire tout le tour. Gérant disponible, pas de problÚme particulier.
