Rent in July, August and September comfortable apartment on the 1st floor, furnished with fine wooden furniture, for two people.
Possibility of 3rd bed: either in cot with orthopedic mattress for child up to 4 years or in net with wooden slats to be placed in the large double bedroom furnished with new furniture and with orthopedic mattress.
Corridor with wardrobe-shoe rack and comfortable hanger with shelf and mirror.
Bathroom with tub, shower cubicle, sanitary and hairdryer available.
Unique environment with very large kitchen and lounge with three-seater sofa, pouf, corner cabinet with cable TV.
Kitchen with table with corner bench and large granite peninsula ideal for breakfast.
It is equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, programmable electric oven, 5-burner gas, microwave, German coffee machine, kettle, toaster, electric chopper, electric mixer with 2 whips, stainless steel pots and dishes .
The apartment is located on the edge of the town with a furnished garden on the back that sweeps over the enchanting valley floor.
In the garden there are: gazebo with wooden table and benches, 2 deck chairs and barbecue. It is an ideal place to relax, sunbathe and grill.
On request possibility of bicycle storage but not guarded.
Nearby bar and food shop at 150 meters.
Public parking less than 50 meters.
It is less than 3 km from the wonderful Lake Ledro, reachable on foot, by bike or in 5 minutes by car. It is 20 km from the renowned Riva del Garda.
Ideal place for those who love peace, nature, mountain walks, for trekking and MTB enthusiasts. Perfect for those seeking a peaceful holiday surrounded by greenery and mountains, in a "cool" place at 800m above sea level, to get away from the chaos, pollution and heat of the city.


Deposit required of 100 € on arrival, which will be returned at the end of the stay.

Not including heating, in case of use.
Extra local tax: 0,70€ for night foe a maximus of 10 days.

No animals.
No smokers: or rather they are welcome as long as they don't smoke in the apartment.

We rent at least weekly.

bathroom linen: € 5 per person per week.
